I won't even go into my decision making last night. Just review yesterday's Puck Talk and then see my stupid bet. For the time being, I am going to go off the numbers. They are right more than they are wrong.
Freaky Friday? Bigger schedule than normal. Pens are 6-3-1 last 10 vs Swords but the Swords are 2-0-1 last 3. Last 3 in Buffalo, Swords have scored 4, 6, and 4. Flames are 7-2-1 vs BJ's. BJ's have some serious goaltending issues. The last 3 meetings for the Flames vs BJ's, the Flames have avg. 5 GF in those games. The Isles are 7-3 last 10 vs Devils including a 2-1 record the last 3 meetings. Seattle is 8-1-1 on the road this year but has lost the last 2 games played. Caps returning home from a West coast swing. Let's just say the Jets OWN the Hawks. 7-3 last 10 meetings, including 3-0 the last 3. In those 3 meetings, the Jets have avg. 5.67 GF/GM. The last two trips into Chicago, the Jets have scored 7 and 6 goals. Concern for Jets on b2b? They are 2-1 this year so far. Avs have lost 3 in a row and not only that, have looked bad doing it. They are once again a home dog vs the Rangers. Wild are 8-2 vs Oil last 10 (that surprised me), including 3-0 the last 3 meetings. In the last 3 meetings, the Wild have averaged 5.67 GF/GM but that was last year when they were scoring. Last 3 in Edmonton, Wild have scored 7, 4 and 5 goals. I am not even going to mention the B's game. Ducks are 8-2 last 10 vs Sharks, including 3-0 the last 3 meetings. Finally the Festering Flyers go West to Vegas. Eichel is still a ? Vegas should have rebounded from their East coast trip by now.
Remember, Freaky Friday and anything can happen. First thoughts are Swords tt, Isles as a dog, Flames in reg. Over in Edmonton, Jets tt and Over in Anaheim.
Let's just say the Stars organization OWES me and I am not talking about the Dallas team. And I will look to Wrangle a Gull tonight as well.
Off to the course. What do you want to talk about?

the info you gather and provide for the forum is great! Thank you again! Along with all the other that contribute on a daily basis!
last week I think you mentioned that Friday’s were a dog night?? Although tonight’s board would be shocking to see a lot of dogs win, but again as you said, “freaky Friday”
big slate of games tonight for a Friday, gotta love it!

And they just finished a 13 game road trip....... maybe one night in their own bed will help but I'm looking ahead to Sunday when they host the slumping Flyers. Heck ..... they may even be the fave

Friday supposed to be a dog day right? Leaning Kraken, Wild and Sabres. What do you guys think. Also leaning Flames/Jackets over as Gaudreau will verse his former team for the first time

Regarding the Arizona crazy record East vs West...
Hey buddy...smiling here...those were just "fun facts" that I noticed when I happened to deep dive. NO WAY would I have thought the Yotes could be almost .500 vs the East and 0-fer vs the West...and the goals scored were crazy as well.
I'm sure if I diver deeper I would have seen things like maybe a few East Conf teams on b2b, maybe East team on a 3 in 4 nights...maybe/probably the East team had their backup net minder especially if it was a b2b. All kinds of fluky things that helped Arizona to that amazing 7-8 vs the East stat.
And considering regression to the mean, we probably should expect Arizona to lose the next 5 vs the East lol.

May be Islanders worth to try. I dont like the way NJ played in the last meetings. They looked like last season team in these meeting and historically Isles are not very easy for them.

Also hawks.. took sea last night when line opened as I like the spot..can't bet against the pens but I can see buff taking them down.. wilds in play and isles
I'm dogging it hard. Either coming up nicely or taking one in the keister is my thought

I took the Wranglers this morning at -130 and the Stars at -120. They are now -180 and -140 in my book. I do like Rockford and leaning Rochester as well. Colorado at home for that price is tempting also.
