I thought they were right after the TD. Im thinking the same thing in regards to the points and potential strategy.

i asked the same question. The only explanation i can think of is the extra point is not as automatic as before, but I still think they should have gone for two.

Remember Philly last week? Up 2 scores and passing downfield with 8-10 minutes left.

Then they went for it on long 4th and 2, got stopped and gave the ball back to NE with a minute or 2 left.

If Eagles went for 2, they wouldn’t have converted and then you would have got a back door loss. Just be happy you pushed!
