War, children, it's just a shot away. I took the Fish this morning +10½ on the buy (-115)
I keep waiting all day for 8 so I can go for a middle. High scoring game
regardless of the weather, lots of passing, clock stopping, the number
could be 9 or 10 tonight...
Gimme that 8! Gimme Shelter!
The pen is mightier than the pigs

Hey Phixer, I've been reading your posts for a while now and have a lot of respect for the work you put into this. You say you have 5 books that you work with, and my question is what is the biggest point discrepancy you have seen between books and has it affected how you placed your bets? Obviously if you are getting an extra point at one book for the same price you would take that bet (assuming it was a bet you were going to take in the first place). I'm just looking at 2 different books right now for the CHI/MIN game and one has CHI+1(-115) and the other has CHI-1.5(-110). Is that a big swing in your opinion, or is that fairly regular to see a team as a 1.5 point favorite in 1 book and a 1 point underdog at a different book? I see 1 point differences between books all the time, but can't remember seeing many 2.5 point swings like that. Also when you do see things like that, does it open up potential multiple bets for you that you wouldn't normally consider?
