    Currently considering:

     Carolina -5.5
    Indy/Carolina Over 46

If 80+% of the public is on Carolina, why has the line dropped from 6.5 to 5.5 in a matter of a few hours. I feel it means big money is coming in on Indy, and Vegas needs to switch that up to have it come in on Car. It NEEDS money to come in on Car.
I think if Indy can keep it within 7 points of the Pats, they can keep it closer with Car. Carolina's win against Sea is proving to be not that great (Sea just struggled against a bad Dal team with Matt Cassel), outside of that - Jags? Houston? Bucs? Saints with McCown? Carolina might be overrated... I dont know.
Thats why Im in here looking to see what Phixer is taking...

I know you think I don't know anythings because I lost all my Sunday game but this one I have a good feeling about ... under on Indianapolis, because when everyone's for that team doesn't turn out that way, that why I lost on Seattle and jet bad -$10,900, so think about this and see what las want to see who win so they can win

This is inaccurate info. Last night before the DEN game public was split 50/50 on the IND/CAR game. Now it is 60/40 in favor of Carolina and the line has moved in the wrong direction to -5.5.

As someone who took CAR -6.5 yesterday this has my spider sense tingling...and the line is inviting more money to come in on CAR.

    Good luck to all.

Phixer - I dont know how you keep up the participation pace that you do...but you have truly stood the test of time.

As someone who took CAR -6.5 yesterday this has my spider sense tingling...and the line is inviting more money to come in on CAR.

    Good luck to all.

Phixer - I dont know how you keep up the participation pace that you do...but you have truly stood the test of time.

The 80% comment was referring to what the poster said that I quoted - I personally have seen 55%-60% depending on where you look.
Either way, I think we're on the same page - Vegas is inviting ppl to take Carolina, which gets me to lean on Indy...when the majority is on one side and the money leans even more on taking that side - something is up.

Be careful. Sometimes reverse line movement can be very tricky. It's not always what it seems. And let's not forget the public took a beating last night and might try to "see through" the line tonight. the double reverse might be on tonight

I'm also not positive that money is pouring in on the panthers. I think the colts are definetly more Americas team than these panthers are. And the colts continue to get $ support despite there struggles. Public got burned on the favorite last night, the colts showed a lot of promise and covered against the pats despite a bone head punt play, and Andrew luck is every average joes fantasy hero. This line could be enticing fast money to come in on the colts "before the line goes down even further" and then all the chickens will start clicking and touting there bets and it spreads like wildfire. All while the undefeated panthers quietly clean up for Vegas. Interested to here phixers angle but so far I just sold myself on the panthers while typing this lol

The only thing I can promise is this will not be a fair fight tonight and the house will keep that packers money in their wallet. We better be on the right side of this one because nothing will be left to chance on this one

I see no reason to jump the gun as this line will likely hold strong. They have done enough work to start the conversation, now it's time to let the story play out a little. I have also learned to be patient and wait for Phix's insight. To not seek advice from a guy who is a proven winner would be a poor decision. Why not use all information at our dispense? I have also found over the last two years of reading his thread that, when he is on the same side as me I rarely lose. And when we disagree the scale is definetly tipped in his favor. Bol to all

Either way, I think we're on the same page - Vegas is inviting ppl to take Carolina, which gets me to lean on Indy...when the majority is on one side and the money leans even more on taking that side - something is up.

...it is indeed tricky using this info in this particular spot. The 40% on Indy "could" contain a majority of the money being wagered, but we do not know.

Keep in mind the juice that stands to be won by vegas on the Indy ATS and ML.

For me, Im still on the CAR side just due to so many factors that favor the home team. Mainly health at key positions and the efficiency of the Colts (lack there of) on O and D. I dont know how in the world they're going to perform better against the most Solid D they've faced all season, or how they will stop the running attack the Panthers will bring in the poor weather condtions.

still...this game feels "funny" to me. Perhaps the line moved due to the info released on Luck's hidden rib injury.

I think it's safe to say that nobody here besides a select few, documented proven winners, have access to both the actual volume and $$ coming in on one particular side. That is why I choose to "guess" on what I think is the public perception. I know we don't like the word "guess" in gambling but I would much rather stick to my own convictions rather than be mislead by false information that is conveniently made at all our disposal.

I do believe phixer does have a far better method than the rest at obtaining factual information in these departments which is probably how he adopted his "fade the masses" "fix" methodology which I whole heartedly agree with. Or he could have had his theory and sought out numbers to back it, but that is chicken or the egg lol. Either way I'm in
