The reason they do this is so you will take GB and the over in the second half cause you know there is no way GB gets shut down for 2 halves. Now they win for the game and the second half, they get double your 
Fortunaltly I cought this pregame when all the money was on GB and over So I bet both halves opposite. I double dipped and broke my local.

Food for thought Guys. The Canadian government is debating a bill in the government to allow single game wagering. Presently you can bet through the lottery legally, but you must bet two games on your ticket. The reason for this is that some people in the government and the senate think that sports are fixed and allowing single game wagering would introduce more fixing in pro sports. This is the truth, even the government believes this. I always thought that the reason for having 2 team bets was for pure profit for the lottery, lets face it, harder to hit a 2 team parlay vs a single game wager. I signed the petition to allow for single game betting as a canadian because it is lagal to bet on pro sports accross the country. I wish America could legalize all pro sports gambling in all states across the US. People would stop betting with credit with bookies and be able to lay bets with cash and not have to worry about how they are going to pay their man on Tuesday after a bad week. This is how a lot of America's youth gets into trouble gambling on pro sports. Opinions?

he says vegas make a call and change the outcome of the game. ridiculous. its all part of the game dude. you might some dirty zebra once in a while but, come on, vegas call? whom? owner? players? or the coach? out of thousand of players and coaches retired, you will find no one talks about receiving vegas call, or owner call. come on man, wake up. its all part of the game. coincidence happens. why dont you just fade public for entire season, see if you make profit. there are games where public is 80% and it still covers. forget the fixing theory dude, just cap and bet.

Thank you thinktwice, I think he needs to think twice before thinking he knows all this SECRET INFORMATION. Common man, someone would have spoke up if everything was script. Another thing that is funny is that even if your theory is everything is fixed and I gamble based on this. Where do YOU get your information from, you are not a factor you are just some hairy male that smokes 17 cigarettes a day, doesnt shower, sloppy joes for lunch, and fucked three girls with your pebble sized chepito. You don't know which games are rigged and which ones are not. Sometimes Vegas doesnt even know what is going to be the outcome of the game. Regardless they are going to make money, it has nothing to do with them losing a big percentage on MNF or SNF. They will always come out on top no matter what because people are not disciplined and only about 5% come out with a profit that they spend. Many people win and then throw all their money on something else, bet on too many games, and give Vegas money by doing outrages parlays. I know a very good Korean gambler who really does this for a living, bets big and he always told me never do parlays...maybe here and there, but really if you want to make money bet them straight.

When I saw this post I wanted to chime in right away because I don't believe in the bullshit you're spewing. But decided to lay off until after I won, not because I wanted to come in say that in hindsight. I don't like commenting on games I bet on, unless I'm posting for a thread that I've started for a system of some sort.
When SA/Was line came out at SA -5, I thought that it was close to a gift as it can get so far this year. Sure it's going to be a public or square bet, but it's the right bet. This is not Vegas giving you a gift to get you hooked, it's just a soft line because they're weary of a winless team eventually winning, and this line got pounded to -7. Do players and coaches know the lines? Most of them, absolutely. But guess what ALL players and coaches know? Player stats and team records. And I can guarantee you that Gregg Popovich and the Spurs know that the Wizards are winless. If you've ever watched a game of basketball with Pops coaching, you would know that he's one of the best coaches in the NBA, a great competitor, and appears to be a man of integrity. There is no f@cking way that he will let his team, being so vastly superior in talent, to let the Wizards hang their first win over them. He's not even going to lay off the gas to let it be close, and it was a wire to wire win. That is the reasoning I took SA first half and game. This is not just hind sight and I can prove it.
Conspiracy theorist are some of the most annoying uneducated pricks around. Do I believe that there are no conspiracies? Absolutely not, JFK most likely was assassinated by one. But for every one real conspiracy, there are thousands of BS conspiracies, like Roswell and aliens. Why is it aliens only visit uneducated hicks and mentally unstable during wee hours of the night, with no other witnesses???
Do I think that there isn't any match fixing in sports? I'd be a fool to think that there isn't. Declan Hill's The Fix outlines where and how some of the World Cup games may have been fixed. I've watched enough tennis to know to stay away from betting on some Russians. But to hear some people saying that all sports is fixed every time they get a bad beat is simply IGNORANT. There could be some fixes in sports, but for every fix, there is a thousand non-fixes. I do believe that European sports will have a high probability of being fixed than the North American sports, simply because the European and Asian organized crime syndicates are much bigger and more integrated into the fabric of those societies, and they tend to bet on more of those sports.
I have a very hard time believing the NFL itself is fixed. If you look at the league and what they have done with reviews on all scoring plays; they are absolutely trying to uphold the image of integrity in their game, since scoring plays are the ones that affect the outcome of games AND bets. The NFL wants to be transparent as possible to assure you that whatever happens on the field is legit. They don't want to kill the goose that lays the golden egg. They have a good thing going, the owners are making a killing already, and they will not jeopardize that. Does the NFL know that gambling is primarily responsible for success of their league? Absolutely. However, when there is fixing, it's for business, as it will drive away interest in the product or even shut down, one that is already making them filthy rich. When you watch sports and some of the crazy garbage that happens, you know there is no way they can pay to make some of that crazy garbage to happen. So when you lose those few bucks on a bad beat, it's not because there is grand conspiracy to take those few bucks away from you. Accept it, it's just a bad beat. If still believe in a fix, then be on the right side of the fix. BOL
