What game are you watching atlantas defense is clearly not playing as they did in the first half. Also them running the ball all first half opened up those passing lanes in the middle, its called coahing and making adjustments, quit acting like you know anything about football, the packers do this all the time. Also I would consider the carolina game worse.

Atlanta hasnt given up less then 28 except to TB and Green Bay scores 30!!!!!
just because a defense gets stops doesnt mean its because they did their job...it was the lack of exucution by GB

you can lose control when you hit the ground if you've already maintained possession, he didnt catch it while falling, he caught it took 2 steps then was ridden to the ground. Don't think the process of the catch rule should apply here, especially when he takes two steps before he starts going to the ground.
