is going to cost a team a big game, like a playoff game.

If Greene takes the knee at the 1, the sit on the ball and win.

But because they scored, they gave NE a CHANCE.

They will only take it seriously when it happens on national TV in a big game, but it is inevitable that it WILL happen.

Yeah, I was surprised to see Rex do that.

They went from 100% winning the game, to 98% winning the game.  I wouldnt be celebrating that.

That was simple there actually. Jets were trying to rub it in and they did. Did you see Coach Ryan celebrating in the end zone too. Hilarious.

Not 100% and no garentee you’re running out the clock......if the player fumbles the ball.  It’s more of a guarantee crossing the goal line and scoring a td.

    You're klidding right?

They take a knee 3 times and they win.

No NFL team has ever fumbled a kneel down, ever.  That equals 100%

By the way, Vanzack, really appreciate you posting about the 60 minutes Billy Walters special.  If not for that, I easily could've missed it and now I'm all set with Tivo and everything.  Can't wait.

Its amazing to me that people on a sprots gambling message board would argue the logic of this.

In fact, if you asked Rex Ryan right now, he would tell you exactly what I am telling you.

There is no arguing the logic.  You can argue that it would be tough to do in that situation, but please dont try to debate that it isnt the right thing to do.

I didn't mean a fumble on the Knee down.   I meant if a player fumbles the ball trying to go down, instead of scoring

    OK champ.

Odds of that vs odds of NE scoring twice?

Left them with 1 T.O and a buck forty...im doubting i'll be alive when that bites someone in the ass....if it was a TD and FG maybe, but 2 TD's in that scenario its a bit of a reach considering they had only 1 TD up to that point and hadnt moved the ball worth a damn all day.....I know you didnt have the under but if someone did that one was a nutcrusher....all 4 games going over in this round i wonder if thats ever happened before?

    Once again,

    100% vs <100%.

You can debate it all day long, but I will take the 100% choice every time.

I was thinking the same thing, and yes I did have the under but you're right down at the 1=guaranteed win, TD= better personal stats and probable win. Should be a clear choice.
