I know how much Brady has torched Pittsburgh in his career (24 TD, 3 INT). I know how much worse the Steelers are without Shazier. The Pats will have a hard time winning this game.Pittsburgh has been waiting for this game since the AFC championship last year. But this time, they are playing at home against an unhealthy Pats defense with 0 pass rush. Additionally, New England will be playing their 3rd straight road game, with a short turnaround off MNF giving them one less day of recovery/prep. Super Bowl champion teams are 27-5 ATS as home underdogs as long as the starting QB is starting in the game. Pittsburgh is being disrespected here.Also, too much is being made of the loss of Shazier. The Ravens went up and down on them last week, but there will be a few differences in this matchup. Shazier&#x27;s backup, was injured and did not play last week leaving a 3rd string player in his place. His backup will be playing this Sunday. Additionally, Joe Haden should be back who is their starting cornerback. When he was in for the first half of the season the Steelers had a top 3 defense. Pats should struggle at times on offense in this game, despite Pittsburgh&#x2019;s lack of defensive showings recently. The NFL is week to week, giving up 38 points to the Ravens means nothing here. Joe Hayden being back is HUGE. The Steelers will be able to play more cover 2 man, a coverage Tom Brady isn't all that great against. The Dolphins played this coverage on most of the snaps last game, and they aren't a man coverage team...it's a copycat league, we'll see. Brady rips apart cover 3 zone and other zone coverages. *ask the Falcons if it was a good idea to switch to zone in the second half of the super bow*

He was in a contract year and due for a huge contract. Belichick never overpays for somebody he thinks he could replace. I liked Jones, but we were going to let him walk in free agency at the end of the year for nothing so Belichick traded him early for what he could get. Almost did the same with Malcolm Butler earlier in the year

Being this is Patriots 6th straight road game (schedule has them at home when played in Mexico v Oak) I see the Steelers pounding the rock with L. Bell who got hurt in early first qtr last year in playoffs which is why they got beat down

&#xA; &#xA;I can say the same for the Patriots. They&#x27;ve had 3 straight divisonal games (Miami, Buffalo, Miami) and back to back on the road. Steelers are playing inspired football since Shazier went down and the offense has been rolling for a while now after starting slow. Going to be interesting to see how this game unfolds. I believe the X factor will be how the Steelers cover the running backs of New England in the passing game. Linebackers will have to have an outstanding game. Should be fun to watch

I think having him in this game will be huge. Pats have trouble against running backs this season.

Hogan unlikely to play could be a huge blow into maintaining a high scoring offense. I hope you&#x27;re wrong about this game but win the others you posted, got Pats in the last leg of a parlay. Pats need this game more than PITT for the fact that if they lose there&#x27;s a chance they don&#x27;t get a 1st round bye.
