The Packers organization is ran very well. It seems like every year they have a solid draft. Rodgers, Collins, Matthews, etc. I wish my Cowboys could start doing that.

Dez Bryant was a very good 1st round pick. If not for his injury he might have won rookie of the year.

The best is when they talk to McCarthy about the decision not to draft Rodgers (McCarthy was the Off. Coord.with SF at the time) and then ending up in GB.

He first went to Rodgers and said, "Yes I didn't draft you.  Get over it."  Classic.

True, but its a little different when youre talking about the Niners, because they were leaning Rodgers leading almost all the way up to the draft. So they were much, much closer to actually pulling the trigger than the other teams.
