Been gambling on sports all of my adult life (20+ years) & I can honestly say that I seriously doubt I’ve ever ended a year ahead of where I started. It’s consistently so bad that close friends (@ 1st jokingly, now seriously) believe that my bets actually affect the course of sporting history. If often gets comical.
That being said, I’m ready to see in an actual tally. Ws vs Ls; Units up vs down. Gonna use this thread to document. I need to put “picks to paper”. It’s been said that picking CORRECTLY @ a 56% clip makes you a professional/successful capper. I’d contend that I can better that…on the opposite side. Which, picking them all WRONG is just as hard as picking them all RIGHT…right?? Welcome to #fadecity

Will do my best to post every pick here. Mostly bet NFL & NCAAF w/ some baseball and basketball sprinkled in. Anyway, here we go….
Though, I won’t count these picks toward the “official” record, I just looked back & went 3-15 on str8 up bets on football over the weekend. ?? I went 0-4 in the TNF game. Of course.
These were my pitiful picks:
1H U14.5 - 2u (L) *covered in just over a quarter
FG U30.5 - 4u (L) *covered w/ 5+ mins in the 1H
Zeke U60.5 yds rushing - 1u (L) *covered on last carry of the game. 12 yds, by far the longest of his 22.
Pickens O40.5 yds receiving - .5u (L) *George caught 5 balls…for a whopping 18 yds of positive offense
Dallas looked awful and Miami played lights out last week. Generally see teams flip flop the next week, so like the way this sets up.
