Isn’t it crazy that we are talking about Lamar Jackson as a 3X MVP?

as a quarterback. Fucking insane right?  How does a man that most “nfl experts” said should play WR end up with potentially 3 MVPs as a QB before 30?

Think about that. How wrong did you have to be for that to occur? Think about that.

He sells tickets with his acrobatics. However he doesn’t win at the highest level so what is that award really worth?

Best regular season QB in NFL History. He really needs to show up on the playoffs for any real credibility.

He can win 10 MVP's. But it won't change the narrative that he has been mediocre in the playoffs.

individually, it’s the most prestigious award in football all year long lol.

He doesn’t have a difference maker of a coach to help him win games like Brady did. His coach actually helps the ravens lose games.  And lamar still wins 70% of his games.

I still think Allen deserves the mvp this year, but Lamar’s stats are insane this year. The haters can’t say shit about that.

    1. I wouldn’t hold your breath. 2. If Jim Kelly won 10 MVPs and still lost as many superbowls as he did, people would call him the 2nd best qb of all time.

Winning 10 MVPs means you were cash all year long for 10 different seasons.

    exactly

and these comments in this thread…instead of talking about the topic at hand, they change the topic to “he can’t win the big game, he can’t win in the post season, he’s a regular season QB”. What do any of these have to with the original post?

The haters can’t say shit about that.

That "coach" won a superbowl with Joe Flacco and went on the road to beat both Brady and Manning.

Think about that. He can win 10 MVP's. But it won't change the narrative that he has been mediocre in the playoffs.   1. I wouldn’t hold your breath. 2. If Jim Kelly won 10 MVPs and still lost as many superbowls as he did, people would call him the 2nd best qb of all time.  Winning 10 MVPs means you were cash all year long for 10 different seasons.

I define "cash" as winning the big games...

Anyone with a brain knows that was because of Ray Lewis/Ed Reed last ride together and Joe Flacco on a contract year getting hot at the right time…John Harbaugh was along for the ride. Two greatest defensive minds of all time.

You’re a sheep, AJ.  You must only bet once a year for the “big game.” Sit down little girl.

Lamar made Danielle Hunter look like a hopeless schoolboy trying to chase and tag the adult. Hopeless.

His only weakness that I can tell, is making a throw while in the red zone. It has always been his achilles heel, but that being said, that is the hardest skill for all QBs to master. The other skill I cannot evaluate is team leadership. Can he rally others around him, make them play their bewt even when things aren't going well. I'd take his skill set over any "brainiac" QB "game manager"

He has a great RB now to put him into 3rd and short. Dangerous team.Other teams hate it when they have everyone covered and he scrambles for a first down.

AFC is tougher than NFC to get out of, so I think if in the NFC he would have had a few rings by now. Plus Harbaugh is NOT a good play caller at crunch time.

I figured you would say that. Don't forget to thank Terrell Suggs and Haloti Ngata while your at it as well! And Flacco getting hot? Sure thing he did. And history shows that Lamar goes Ice Cold in the playoffs. But we will blame that on Harbaugh not coaching well.

Lamar Jackson in the playoffs 2-4 Record / 6 Tds against 6 Ints / 75.7 Rating.

You want to crown Lamar as greatness, cool. But the guy hasn't shown "greatness" when it matters.
