I would welcome some "Atlanta Falcons..." talk.  I am tired of hearing "Seahawks 7-9, worst record ever.." all weekend.. then Monday they switch to starting every FN sentence with "Cam Newton" 
Go Packers, but talk about someone else.. not the 7-9, Not Cam Newton, not Aaron Rodgers"  And DON"T Bring up Brett 'I'm finally retired' Favre!!

they don't have to have that much success running the ball but they will certainly give it a shot and why not who know what this kid starks has.  He at least is a presence in backfield Falcons will have to pay attention to.  Falcons blitzed maybe once in first matchup and Rodgers carved up that secondary so the Falcons committing full coverage and rushing 4 isn't the answer look for them to mix it up a bit w/ blitz and give up some huge plays as a result.  This Falcons defense is very vulnerable to the pass and Rodgers is as good as it gets from moving the pocket and making plays as anyone in the league Falcons will have their hands full defensively.

There's a reason a 6 seed is a 2.5 dog on the road to a 1 seed.  Don't overthink it people.  Holy shit 1 seed giving less than a FG at home off bye w/ rest to a 6 seed I only have to lay 2.5??  Seems too easy right?? theres a problem with your falcons team.  what elite defense has this so called "good" offense played this year?  ravens?  they really are not that elite are they?  oh ya, steelers.  but wait, falcons lost, and they lost without big ben.  now take a second look at atlanta's schedule and tell me a legit defense they played?  green bay?  they only scored 13 at home to the pack.  the 4th down gonzales TD was a drop, dont deny it.

falcons rush defense is a fraud (4.6 yards/carry) and the pass defense is plain bad.  are you really proud of having a "bend but dont break" defense?  a defense that relies on turnovers?  that is called LUCK!

and matt ryan winning the game everytime?  did you see the week 16 saints game?  ryan had his chance once again but threw 2 straight incompletions on his last possesion and falcons had to punt.   they lost. 

I agree with you Gold_Rush that ATL wins and cover.  Here is my reason: GB is 0-6 ats last 3yrs against NFC south division opponents...ATL is 6-0 ats last 3 yrs against NFC north division opponents...ATL is 2-1 ATS vs GB since 1992 when played at ATL...2 of 3 games played under @ ATL since 1992..also home field advantage should always gives 3 pts to away team..GB are 1-5 ATS in their last six matchups home or away....GB play better on grass (like home) and like Phil lincoln field, but ATL is turf..ATL is 7-2 ats on turf and gb is 2-2 ats on turf...ATL should win by 5.9 pts (3 units) and under 44.5 (1 units)...If you look at most sight now there is 49% on gb and lines move to -1.5 so by tomorrow gb might be favor...72% on over but the line move from 45 to 43.5 (why move down?)..therefore my lean is to under.. facts skewed?  fine, falcons scored 20, but scored 13 hypothetically. noe how is the falcons losing at pitt and vs saints skewed?  they LOST!  in know pitt is an elite D, and that was the question i asked, what elite D did they face?  and the falcon D performed quite well vs a backup pitt QB.

yes, the human brain is fascinating.  heres a good example:  if the falcons struggled moving the ball at pitt, and the pats torched the pitt D, what do you think a packer D is going to do to your team that contained the pats offense???
