He won't get suspended this is THUG League.  You have to choke someone out or pull a gun on someone to get suspended.  Stern will find some hole in the rules to allow Garnett to play.

I think they should also suspend Richardson for instigating the whole incident and displaying to the camera those childlike taunting glares during the timeout. It was about the only thing he could do since he couldn,t make a basket. You can take the child out of the ghetto, but ........

I think both teams should be suspended from playing any more games this season and get disqualified.  It sucks they have to play each other in the 1st round and one has to advance, because neither one deserves to move ahead.  We all know that the Smeltics and Beets aren't going anywhere in the playoffs.

KG shouldn't have thrown the elbow, but THIS is the reality of this situation...

Quentin Richardson is a fucking thug and a fucking punk... everyone who knows the first thing about the NBA knows this... it's the reason he gets bounced all over the fucking league...

he's a punk, and walking up and trying to push your way through a player on the other team who is standing over his injured teammate is a FUCKING THUG ASS PUNK BITCH thing to do...

that is the bottom line in all of this... letter of the law might say that KG was the one who did wrong... better the law of the jungle says Q deserved an elbow to his face for doing a punk ass bitch thing like that... and it is just par for the course for that thug...

Very true - but also realize that Pierce wasn't hurt in the first place.  It was a stupid incident that shouldn't have taken place if Pierce didn't hurl himself towards the benches to begin with.  They should have banned the Heat and the Celtics both from playing another pathetic game this series

the only team in the West that could not beat the Lakers in a 7 game series is Portland, because Roy is out... every other team has the ability to beat them...

i agree i mean i'm man enough to admit when i was wrong and i def let my homerism get the best of me but i don't think it really effects this series i still think the C's win it.  Prob not the east but the first round should be a nobrainer for a team with as much talent as the C's

one thing i know about the NBA playoffs... i've seen this a bunch of times...

before a series starts, both teams believe they can win, and both teams have doubt about whether or not they will win... but in a good chunk of NBA series, about 3 games in, one team owns the other team... it can happen in many ways... the most common is what happened in game 1, and is the reason that Boston already OWNS Miami...

i explained it to people two years ago against the Lakers... when Boston came from behind and put together that run in game 4, down by 20+... once they overcame that deficit, almost simply by willing it to happen, that series was over...

Celtics put a 31-5 ass-whooping run on the Heat in game 1... no matter what Miami does, they will never have a comfort zone, and Boston will never feel like they are out of any game...

i do not believe this series can be won by Miami... Boston owns them now... and when you see the beast that Pierce turns into in game 2, you will agree...

PP is going to go off, and Boston is going to beat the living shit out of Miami in game 2... not even close!
