If the NBA deems a deliberate elbow to the head the same as throwing a punch then he should be.

Kind of a gray area to me but I'm guessing he won't be suspended.

i'd say it is a strong possibility... on one hand, i hope not, because i have Celts to win the series... but on the other hand, this team can win without him, and game 2 at a short line could be a nice bargain...

NBA should be consistent. A technical for something violent usually warrants a suspension.

Agree with the begining of your post but more like they suck up to superstars they missed out on Garnett last year in the Playoffs they aren't gonna lose the ratings this year.  Do you think if Lebron Kobe or any other established superstar did what Garnett did they would be suspended if you do you don't understand the economics of the league
