anyone who tails a degenerate low life who just said he quit a day ago!! just to come back to post another 5 page homer essay on the streaky knicks is really pathetic

how can yall even support this guy he is obviously mentally unstable and has enough time on his hand to post these ridiculously irrelevant write ups

all the time you invest in these write ups for nothing more than an ego boost if you get it right just proves you have no life....

you are all tailing some one who has no life
    don't tail degenerate gamblers

THERE IS 12 OTHER GAMES ON AND YOU POST THE KNICKS

    Don't mind the bashers Scal.

I remembered when you capped the Nyk-Bkn game early this year (or was that late last year), and helped me make tons of  with that play. These two ARE YOUR teams.

    On you with this one.

This is a spot where you're tremendously over looking shiit.

J Kidd is less than a year removed from the Knicks..... he knows them better than they know him.  That's the only thing you really need to cap here (plus travel). And they haven't traveled anywhere for over 6 days coupled with the fact they are ballin out on B2Bs now too..... fatigue not issue.... let down not an issue. All that other shiit is irrelevant

Everything else is a match up play.... and knicks are gonna have to shoot over 48 probably close to 50% to win this game and thats still a long shot cuz the nets will outscore them most likely regardless..... is it possible? can they get hott? Sure..... unlikely though....

Nets 4th quarter execution is another level too.....

Nets 4th quarter execution is another level too.....

so anyone who makes a pick after a loss (a moose no less) is 'chasing'??

Mind you that pick is not two HOURS later, thrown up on a late game but two DAYS later with extensive analysis.

And that is now the definition of a 'chase'.

The biggest problem I have backing the Knicks in this spot is that after a long road trip (even though it's a must win) your body just does not respond to the time changes if anything the under might be a play and in my opp the line is inflated it should around pk esp the way the nets are playing

It doesn't get any worse than that BB.

And there will be no easier game than Spurs Pacers. That was THE GAME to bet (outside of Knicks bets only because I trust my read more). How you had deities helping you cap it is beyond belief.

I have to say I HAVE to get this one. No excuses here. That rockets win sets this one up very nicely.

Although I would have preferred a loss to the jazz for the Knicks, it may have deflated them too much to be back what is three games with 7 to play, even if it is the Hawks (and now the Cavs are a worry too).

The last nets Knicks game on 4/15 may not matter as much, line may be outrageous, potential for rested starters, in dreaded Brooklyn where no one can win.

This is the game. The nets had a chance to put a stake in the Knicks hearts and did not do that in their first meeting of the year when the Knicks were on a 9 game losing streak.

That  gave them hope. Now even better, in a mini-revenge spot since the last nets win, the Knicks have the table set to catch the hawks. No slip-ups can be had.

If Pierce, a guy who blew up my nets picks twice this year (lakers and cavs and I know you remember the Jason Collins game because you were the one that pointed Pierce out) doesn't come out firing on all cylinders, the Knicks will wear the nets down and take it home. No 24 from PP and the Knicks will neutralize the other nets, outside of maybe Deron who I expect to perform. Without a line really, it is a perfect spot to take the Knicks.

I seriously had this at 4.5 Knicks given the b2b (and I thought the rockets game would be much tougher, but really the rockets are a different team without Beverly and Howard, much different so I'll excuse it). I couldn't tell you how pleased I was to see 2.5. Overjoyed. One hook later and it's only a straight up win we worry about for all intenets and purposes.

With their season on the line, it's a VERY tough sell for me to see the nets sinking this team on a b2b, in front of Phil, with the Knicks playoff life in the balance, with the first game since the Cavs at MSG...

A 3 or 4 seed is squat in comparison, no matter the talent.

    Meaningless

The Knicks have no time to be tired or worn down after a road trip.

They wasted that time all year.

Plus it's the nets that have a b2b and a third in 4.

Knicks are on a 3rd in 4 with one day's rest. BIG difference even if we want to take what you say into account.

They could be traveling home on a road trip from Mars and I'd take the Knicks here.

But several missed offensive rebounds and an out of bounds play later, it's 65%.

It reminds me of Jeff Van Gundy in that first round win over the Heat  1-8 matchup in 1999.

If that Allen Houston finger-roll to win it is 1/2 inch to the right or left, the Knicks lose that series and don't go to the finals vs the Spurs.

Van Gundy likely would have been fired at the end of the year and he'd probably be buried as an assistant for many years to come.

But that .5 inch went in his favor and he remained HC, got another gig and what might be all of our ideal for a job: a side commentary analyst for NBA games making millions. How sweet was that inch?

Still a loss is a loss and I'll settle for nothing less than getting it back here.

Nets 4th quarter execution is another level too.....

This game goes far, far beyond match play and fourth quarter execution and I detailed such points in the OP.

If you cap like that in these spots, you'll have the the Heat and Pacers laying the points in 90% of their games.

And the match-ups were a nightmare in Golden State which the Knicks took down in impressive fashion, their second most impressive win of the year. The first? Over the Nets in Brooklyn.

The Knicks, it could be argued are playing their best basketball of the year, right at this moment. What I saw in that GS game was missing all year. They won it AND Melo shot 7/21 and had 3 fouls in the second. That is a tremendous amount of stepping up by the Knicks starters and second units!! In Golden State no less in a very crucial game for GS. VERY crucial (which they made up for against the Mavs).
