Nope. Never bet a game over 3 units. Keep trying to bash me when I'm up on the year. If you don't understand a unit system, you probably shouldn't be betting sports.
You're coming into my thread and bashing a pick a handful here say is well reasoned with a detailed write up and you go 3-5 on that very same night with 3 sentence blurbs about each game, which equate to nothing more than a tweet or two about it. Ya got nerve.
Again, if it were that easy we'd all be Billy Walters and you're closer Walter White than Billy Walters. No, no make that Saul Goodman.
@slick. Will do.

Your obviously inadequate in whatever profession you do in real life so you take to this online forum to try and make yourself feel important by posting illogical CAPS LOCK write ups that don't persuade anyone but yourself.
Considering your pick as 'the right side' because it was 1 shot away from a backdoor cover does is retarded.
Your pick was not the right side, and you won't be collecting any "Crisp Bills" tonight, or in the near future unless you change the way you approach these games.
You do have to give Shango some props, dude started off like 2-15 in NBA this year. I thought I was going to have to call in an Amber Alert for him that Friday night. He altered his approach and is has turned his NBA season (and likely his life) around in less than 3 weeks.
Keep posting play with writeups though Scal, it makes it easy to filter out which teams I should avoid if I were to bet NBA.
Scal just quit betting sports dude.

have to disagree wholeheartedly with your assessment of trailblazers scalabrine...i was definitely with ya on the season opener and expected the blazers to roll in that one.its been rather confounding wat the suns have put together in the early going but ya get that sumtimes if a group can play together and with confidence and passion......but regarding portland i love the starting line-up and they have done a bit to address their atrocious depth problems with dorrell and mo williams but still im thinking they quite a long way from elite.i see them coming rite back to the pack at some stage.i respect wat theyve done no doubt but they schedule has been weak as can be(relatively speaking)and they caught a cupple breaks here and there(like nets missing key guys the other nite)..but as i say, credit to them, they look determined to turn around insipid performances of recent seasons.i see them fighting for 6th/7th playoff spots by seasons end and likely out in the 1st round.i the west alone i got 5 teams DEFINITELY ahead of them-spurs,clippers,thunder,warriors and rockets and some others on a similar level.and dats only the west
wen you say one of the best were would you rank them by regular seasons end???.....cheers 4 your thoughts and contributions

@meloss - well 'right back to the pack' as a 5/6 seed is a tremendous leap from last year so let's not reference a finish that way. That means the Blazers will win a hell of a lot more games than last year and were of great value through 11. I'm not saying they are elite (i.e., pacers, spurs, heat, thunder) but they certainly can give the Spurs/Thunder a run for their money if they meet up in the playoffs.
The problem with the suns game, and who could have foresaw it on paper is that they are a lot better than anyone could have imagined. Hornacek is doing an amazing job getting every ounce of talent out of his entire starting lineup. PJ Tucker is producing for god's sake.

@risk - thanks risk. Even without a real PG, they pretty much lead the entire first half before getting even at the end of the 2nd quarter. If Felton plays and gives you 8-10 and this is an easy cover.

What's with the caps lock myth being thrown around here?
4 words of 17 (<25%)and virtually none in the OP are capitalized.
That's now a 'cap lock write-up???'

Most drivel comes in blurbs which off-the-top-of-head thinking. And typically that may be a notch above square thinking.
I have lengthy write-ups because I have a great deal to say about a game (and they'd be even longer if I had more time). And I provide specific bullet points to note which side I think is best (which is better than, "the starters won't be contained), for quick reference because I know attention spans are hard to come by in the modern era.
And secondly, there is a right side/wrong result loss. If you had UGA on Saturday and you want to say a loss ATS is a loss, you sir, are out of your mind. That kind of capping will come back to haunt you in the long run.
Wrong on both counts.

yep,i agree 100% they will most likely make an enormous jump from their usual ineptitude of the past few years so if thats wat you mean then yes thats correct...but i still maintain that if they meet thunder, spurs or even warriors in 1st round they are highly likely to get pounded hard...as you well know the post season is a different ball-game and having not been there in so long with individuals that aint been there barely at all will count against the blazers big-time,despite the solid talent they got on court this season.need one more "alpha male" type to take the next step.batum and aldridge are quality guys no doubt, but dont quite cut the mustard for me........good stuff anyhow.keep it coming!!!
