thanks GR... that game 2 line is a little baffling...

i posted in a couple other threads, that the best strategy for games 1 and 2 was:

Bet Orlando game 1... if they lose, double your bet (or at least make hte same bet) on Orlando in game 2... if they cover game 1, sit out game 2, cuz you already won...

so with the line sitting in the same place as game 1, i will sit it out and wait for games 3 and 4, where i will have probably the exact same strategy...

 

that strategy is predicated on one reality: there is not a chance in hell that the Hawks could cover both games in Orlando... and there is not a chance in hell that the Hawks can cover both games in Atlanta...

you rarely get no-lose situations in betting... this is one of them...

sorry couldn't answer your question about game 2 better... all i can say is you either bet Orlando or you don't bet... and that goes for every game (all 4) in this series...

I think I will pass on game 2. other games have more interest
like LA at UTAH where I am pretty sure I will take UTAH

game 3

this next clev bost game is kind of hard to figure
I kind of like Clev  - they are a great road team

i agree with you on both of those games... i will definitely not bet on Cleveland in any game of this series... but i might sit out game 3 of that series and wait for game 4, where it will be an easier read...

also agree about game 3, that the play has to be Utah or nothing...

 

by the way, how was the game?  glad you got to win your bet so as to not ruin the experience...

i will be putting in my Celts bet this morning, on my way to do family stuff... don't know what line i will get, or whether i will take the spread or ML yet... but it WILL be a small play... not doubling up on my game 3 loss, since i already have the series bet on them... just a small play here...

i'm not seeing anything i'm in love with in the Suns game... if anything possibly a small play on the Suns (+3.5)...

Happy Mother's Day... i know there are a lot of mothers on this site...

it goes without saying that i will have money on Orlando in game 4, although it might only be a small play...

books fucked up big time with that line, and they could very well take their biggest loss of any game this season as a result... but i need to give it a little more thought...
