i am going to be putting in my Game 1 bet on my way out to do family stuff today...

i will be putting in the following bets, but i will post the official lines later on when i get home (possibly after the game)

 

Game 1 bets... small plays:  Celtics (+6.5), Bos/Orl (Un 189.5)

 

hopefully those will be the lines i get... i believe Boston is going to shock the world today and grab homecourt advantage right out of the gate... but i hope they don't, because i want to get Boston (+500) to win this series after they lose game 1...

The Boston Celtics are in this game for a reason... do not make the same idiotic mistakes you all made last series...

The Boston Celtics are the defending NBA champions by default... no team has ever knocked off this team...

this is a coinflip series, and anybody who thinks this is going to be a romp for Olrando, WILL lose money in this series...

ice we are on the same page brother.  everyone is in love with orlando because of the sweeps.  what they dont realize is that boston is a different animal and it will show today

should be a great series... but i do not see how this first game can possibly favor them... even with the favorable time slot... the Cs have been tuning up at a championship level... Magic are rusty and haven't had a single contest...

most likely scenario is that Boston will be playing at a higher intensity level than Orlando... and they are a very mentally tough team (one of the toughest the NBA has ever seen)... they know what stealing this first game would mean, and Orlando needs to be very sharp to win this first game...

i could semi-understand that people got suckered in that last series... bad regular season record, and all that media hype around Cleveland...

but now that they know they were being idiots... how can they not change their thinking?  how can people be thinking this series will be anything but a 6 or 7 game war?  and how can people be thinking this series is anything other than a coin flip?

sort of a risky approach in game 1, but i have my futures bet to think about (Orlando +500)... what i'm hoping for is a win by Orlando but cover by Boston... that will allow me to get Boston (+500) or so to win this series to cover my Orlando bet...

well, as i said, it was a bit of a gamble and it didn't pay off... won my bets, but i didn't hedge my Orlando Futures bet, cuz i was hoping Boston would lose and i could get better value after game 1...

however, these two bets covered my Orlando bet, so at least it's a freebie...

 

just a heads up... Celtics will win the NBA title this year... don't think Orlando is going to be able to overcome them now that they lost homecourt... Celtics are on a mission and nobody's gonna stop them...

bet accordingly... i will be...
