be smart and just stop playing because when you're cold you're cold...i used to have negative -4000 in my bank account because I keep depositing and my bank have overdraft and let the transaction through but I keep doing it and I add up to 500 overdraft fees. I had to borrow money from friends and paid them back in couple weeks after i calm down and bet smart and win each day and withdraw. Its hard to win fast you just have to taka time and if you're broke just borrow money if someone let you and take time to win it back or work and get your money back. DO NO RUSH AND PLAY EVERY GAME WHEN YOU HIT A GAME..TAKE IT SLOW BECAUSE THATS HOW YOU CAN WIN MONEY. should have never bet an over/under to start with, and if you're gonna lose, then lose because you picked the game, not because you followed someone elses picks.  at least then you can only be mad at yourself. you should have taken the celts money line or miami minus the points or gst or utah. lol. all winners i had.  i can give you one sure winner for tomorrow if you want?  Take Phx +4 tomorrow night or Louisville money line

Don't bet NBA.  Teams are too close in ability.  Bet double digit dogs in NCAA (such as Boston College today) particular the West Coast, or local rivalries.  They are often on offer for teams with very similar records.

seriously guy...for every one person who makes good money sports betting...there are 10 people who lose EVERYTHING. it sounds like you dont have the chops for sweating these hacks out...you get desperate and obviously have no money management skills (betting 500 a play when you only make 350 a week)...this is a rough life style my friend...just stop while you still can. and then find a new job!

your play should be percentage of your bankroll.  like 10 percent per wager.  then never chase when in a losing streak.  next always have self-discipline.  always read covers for good tips.
