I have a decent income but I still rarely bet very high. I lost 66% of my deposit the other day cause I had these tennis parlays and threw Federer (lock) on each one to get me that bit extra.
It was $100ish dollars altogether, but I'm just telling you this to prove there are no sure bets. The John Irsay's can always beat the Federer's.
