I forget who posted this system, but what exactly was the one ncaaf system where if you divide the total by the spread and it is over a certain % you take 2 parlays.  The fav and over and then another one with the dog and under.  Anybody know if that system has been working or not?  Looking for some cliarification on this one.  Thanks.
