All I'm saying is how is something five years ago matter to the game tonight? The teams are different injuries and beginning of a new season...I've been in this business for eight years...just saying.  But if you want to answer my questions so be it.

I only play first quarter moneylines for about the first month and then the trends will have taken place by then. Like last year...killed it with Tony Brothers.

USC and OKST getting the 8.5, gotta like that Shady, the +3.5 prop is well worth it on both if you can get it, just need one to hit at +270.

As for me this weekend I'm gonna play all the SNP trendz at 330 instead of the 1 unit. The SNP's haven't lost more than 3 times ATS in a given week. Both KC and WKY lost last night to start this week.

@Newfie, does the Set Line's ever have whole numbers (+5, +6, -7, etc.) or are they always halves?

RR is just all the teams parlayed in every combo. McShady usually does 2 team RRs.

Nash is questionable for the Lakers tonight. Might actually help them if he doesn't play.

Got the right side with SD last night, sounded too good to be true. Teased them with the under. Chicken dinner.

I chickened out on SD last night, should have stayed with original plan. Will now chase KC as the oddsmakers should start giving even more generous points.

Bike, I am playing against the heat but only to break even after loss from GM1. If I lose then I will try for profit game 3 and if lose I will stop. Heat may be too good to fade.

I also like Denver Nuggets tonite as a single.

Hey Guys,

After watching KC last night, I went back and looked up their scoring by quarter this year. Particularly in the 1st quarter, they have been down in every single game this year. The most they've been able to do is to put up 3 points. They've been held pointless in the 1st QTR 6 times and they have put up 3 points in the 1st QTR 2 times. An interesting trend to play against them at least for the 1st QTR.

EG. Last night you could have grabbed SD -0.5 with just a bit of juice for the 1st QTR.

Thoughts?

Appreciate the response Shady. Chances are that it will probably let up but my thought was that if KC continues to stink it up then the trend has a possibility of continuing on.

On a side note, great thread overall. Lots of input. Will be interesting as NBA gets into a groove and NCAAB.
