LVL, I've have become a more disaplend capper,with your help ,i dont need to have a play on every game , not as reckless,

i dont think ppl realize how hard it really is to handicap ..

I was in the same boat.  I still am a little.  I can't seem to stay away if there is a day game on.  Thought capping was as easy as looking at past history for teams, pitchers, umps, era's against the other and picking the tendencies but it seems more often than not that it is the opposite that comes true.  

I too have become a little more disciplined.  A little.
