In a situation where the total drops like this I recommend getting it still at 8.5 and then parlaying with an automatic winner like Vikings -2 this weekend to reduce the juice :)

Can't thank you enough for your work this year. Small shout out to you in my thread. Off topic.. What do you think is going to happen with NBA lockout? I haven't really heard much except bad news
Thanks brutha. Glad to help.
No idea in terms of the lockout. I don't follow that kind of stuff. When NFL lockout was going on I didn't pay attention either. Things tend to work themselves out and until that happens I tend not to bother with it.
Anyone else has an opinion on the lockout situation?

The owners proposing a drop of their push for the hard cap is a big step all around. However, the first hurdle (and the biggest immo) is the BRI.
Yesterday, there was word the owners might propose a 50/50 BRI (basketball related income) share, which is up 4% from their last offer. To put things in perspective, under the last CBA, the players received exactly 57% of the BRI.
That is the biggest hurdle, and if there is good news on that front today, I think a season will be saved, albeit not on time.
awesome. Thanks for the update.
Just let me know when it's time to start preparing for the NBA betting season :)

Today is a Must win for a lot of teams. with the way boston pay roll is and how people love to watch the big city teams roll in would u say that baseball needs boston to win today to make a nice push of solid teams in the playoffs? Not trying to Knock the Rays but saying that they both win today who would go for boston tomorrow? who would go for Tampa if they win?
Leans are real nice on Boston with a Vet up there asking for this Call.
Note Arizona is 1 game behind MIL for Best record in the NL. so many games that mean something today.
Also STL with Carp, seems like they want it more then ATL does bc ATL just gave up when there pitching staff got hurt. now ur asking for Old man Hudson to deliver. seems like a tough spot for them playing against the phillies who like to play spoil ball
