I have noticed I am a fish outta water here but thats ok. Like I said, HUtch, wish I had all the answers but I dont. Plus some people believe everything they hear from evolutionist. Much of it could be disproved like they try to do with Christianity. I dont have all the facts and not here trying to judge or change people just stating what I believe.

i couldn't get past the first line. are you saying
all believe in the same God with the same ideals and morals and interpretations of God's wishes for us? so if each desribed God for me, it would be clear that each was referring to the same entity? is that what we are saying here?

Man can do what he wants..........
Man can murder, man can steal, man interpret differently from teachings, man can rape, man destroy.......
God gives us all a free will,
If u were to go out and murder someone would all of a sudden someone put a cage around u? Of course not.....
Man has a free will and will be judged on judgement day........just like if u get caught murdering someone, u go in front of a judge , get sentenced and spend time in prison / hell........
Think of your soul as a "blackbox recorder"...........after u die, God analyses (just trying to explain it in a simple way) your black box recorded and decides where u spend eternity.........
The purpose of this life is to love and learn..(different people are put through different tests).........
When i go outside, look at the sun, mountains , trees, God is right in front of me.........
Funny how scientists say the moon is older than the earth yet the moon came about from a collision of rocks with the earth....Thats my favourite one...........

Pope John Paul the 2nd used to talk about the mysteries of the rosary and the mysteries of God. So, as a practicing Catholic, I look at these highly educated men who dedicate their lives to this mysterious cause and I ascertain if they cannot rationalize in human terms, how can I?
Whether you choose to believe in God or not, is just that...your choice. But, if you're not a believer in some larger entity, you may want to prepare yourself to answer some broad questions that a Big Bang, Evolutionary, or Intelligent Design theorist can never answer. Namely where id it all begin? Where do atoms and molecules come from? How did gravity come about? Why is the vagina so ugly? I thought I'd throw that one in for levity.
Anyway, you're a smart guy, so I'm sure you get the general idea. And NO, I will not get into a debate about Catholicism and the horrific acts of the few.

Everyone here has faith in some shape or form but some people dont realise it...
When u go to a resteraunt and order food - u have FAITH / TRUST that the chef wont poison you.do u not........
U dont watch him cook the food but u have faith he wont poison u.....
U do not have to see to believe...
Think about a blind person from birth.......they have never seen the world, does that mean it doesnt exist?
He can feel it though........just like many christians can feel Christ in there lives

i don't know, something more than nothing. but that really jsut deals with people who describe their god with any specificity. how do they know? or rostos who seems to think 90% of the wold have the same idea of God? i don't get it.
but i disagree with you that scientists will never have an answer for how we got here and eveoled, etc. why do you assume that? obviously, we'll never know for sure but our collective knwoledge has come a long way. it was just a few very short years ago when we thought the earth was flat and rainbows were a path to heaven and thunder was God's anger, didn't know a damn thing about genetics and chromosomes, and all sorts of other stupid shit. in a blink of an eye, we have learned a lot.
why wouldn't we continue learning in the years to come to continue answering questions we don't know enough to answer now, or even ask?
