The pain is so unbearable right now.  It was an 8 year relationship with a house and a baby girl.  Shes going through alot and feels like this is a change she needs to make.  I cant find joy in anything right now...gambling, eating even my wonderful little girl.  I just want to die.

Hang in their Finger.  No chick is worth wanting to die.  Just take it a day at a time.  Set easily obtainable goals and expand upon them each day.  The idea is to keep you busy.  Don't think that getting into another relationship immediately to get over this one is the way to go.  Focus on you as she is focusing on her right now.  If it was meant to be she will be back.  Believe me we have all been there.  BOL!
