Ice Cube "Gangsta Rap Made Me Do It"

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HzeZhCt5PVA

"Gangsta Rap Made Me Do It" is the first single from Ice Cube's studio album, Raw Footage. It was released with a music video on his MySpace page on January 3, 2008. The song contains a "chopped and screwed" line from Cube's previous single, Child Support. ("...you niggas know my pyroclastic flow...") Several members of Westside Connection make cameo appearances in the video.[1] In the song Ice Cube talks about the fact that Gangsta rap is often blamed for crimes.

A remix to the song was made featuring Nas and Scarface. It is credited to being featured on the video game Midnight Club: Los Angeles.

The video begins with a statement, "By 2020, no child will be left behind". A man dressed in black, standing behind a desk, with two American flags on either side, condemns gangsta rap for the vices of society. When a child asks if Compton was dangerous before the emergence gangsta rap, the black-dressed man answers, "Wrong! Compton was a nature preserve for bunny rabbits." The screen blacks out before Ice Cube appears and begins rapping about how gangsta rap is allegedly the root of all crimes in front of children. Several video clips of actual shootings in the U.S. and Iraq are shown, as well as the Virginia Tech Massacre including the infamous image of Cho pointing a gun. It also features footage of the Michael Richards Laugh Factory incident (during the lyric "If I call you a person"), Don Imus ("If I call you a nappy-headed ho") and Chris Benoit (referring to the Benoit murder/suicide).

    MOVIE CLIPS 1

Magua would make himself into what twisted him

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OceYiLo8OTM

The Last of the Mohicans is a 1992 historical epic film set in 1757 during the French and Indian War. It was directed by Michael Mann and based on James Fenimore Cooper's novel of the same name, although it owes more to George B. Seitz's 1936 film adaptation than the source novel. The main cast includes Daniel Day-Lewis, Madeleine Stowe, Russell Means, Wes Studi, Eric Schweig, Steven Waddington and Jodhi May.

The Smiths - Bigmouth Strikes Again

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0aPfLl9s5SY

The Smiths were an English rock band formed in Manchester in 1982. Based on the songwriting partnership of Morrissey (vocals) and Johnny Marr (guitar), the band also included Andy Rourke (bass) and Mike Joyce (drums). Critics have called them the most important alternative rock band to emerge from the British independent music scene of the 1980s. The group were signed to the independent record label Rough Trade Records, for whom they released four studio albums and several compilations, as well as numerous non-LP singles. Although they had limited commercial success outside the UK while they were still together, and never released a single that charted higher than number 10 in their home country, The Smiths won a growing following, and remain cult and commercial favourites. The band broke up in 1987 amid disagreements between Morrissey and Marr and have turned down several offers to reunite since then.

Nine Inch Nails - Head Like A Hole

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ao-Sahfy7Hg&ob=av2n

Nine Inch Nails is an American industrial rock project, founded in 1988 by Trent Reznor in Cleveland, Ohio. As its main producer, singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist, Reznor is the only official member of Nine Inch Nails and remains solely responsible for its direction. NIN's music straddles a wide range of genres, while retaining a characteristic sound using electronic instruments and processing. After recording a new album, Reznor usually assembles a live band to perform with him. The touring band features a revolving lineup that often rearranges songs to fit a live setting. On stage, NIN often employs visual elements to accompany performances, which frequently include light shows.

Rage Against The Machine - Bullet In The Head

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDWJGslOf70

Rage Against The Machine is a Grammy Award-winning rap metal band, formed in 1991 in Los Angeles, California, United States. The band's line-up comprises vocalist Zack de la Rocha, guitarist Tom Morello, bassist Tim Commerford and drummer Brad Wilk. Critics have noted Rage Against the Machine for its "fiercely polemical music, which brewed sloganeering leftist rants against corporate America, cultural imperialism, and government oppression into a Molotov cocktail of punk, hip-hop, and thrash." Rage Against The Machine drew inspiration from early heavy metal instrumentation, as well as rap acts such as Afrika Bambaataa, Public Enemy and Urban Dance Squad. As of 2009, they have sold over 14 million records worldwide.

Cypress Hill "How I could just kill a man"

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d12EI3xNiqE

"How I Could Just Kill a Man" is the debut single by hip hop group Cypress Hill from their eponymous debut album, Cypress Hill, and was their first major hit in 1991. It was released as a double A-side to "The Phuncky Feel One" and the music video featured cameos by A Tribe Called Quest's Q-Tip and Ice Cube, with whom the group would later feud. It was re-released in 1999 with Spanish lyrics and a new video. It is featured as the first track on their greatest hits compilation "Greatest Hits From the Bong". The song was also featured on the 2004 video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, appearing on the West Coast hip hop station Radio Los Santos. It was voted #79 in About.com's Top 100 Rap Songs.[1]

Towards the end of the song (approximately the last 30 seconds) someone is heard saying, "All I wanted was a Pepsi". This quote is taken from the well-known Suicidal Tendencies song, "Institutionalized".

In 2001, Cypress Hill included a sequel to the song on their album Stoned Raiders entitled "Here Is Something You Can't Understand", using the same chorus but with new verses from B-Real, Sen Dog and guest Kurupt.
