Vanilla Ice - Ice Ice Baby

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rog8ou-ZepE

"Ice Ice Baby" is a hip hop song written by American rapper Vanilla Ice (Robert Van Winkle) and DJ Earthquake. The song samples the bassline of "Under Pressure" by Queen and David Bowie, who did not initially receive songwriting credit or royalties until after it had become a hit. Originally released on Van Winkle's 1989 debut album Hooked and later on his 1990 national debut To the Extreme, it is his most famous and popular song. It has appeared in remixed form on Platinum Underground and Vanilla Ice Is Back! A live version appears on the album Extremely Live, while a rap rock version appears on the album Hard to Swallow, under the title "Too Cold".

"Ice Ice Baby" was initially released as the B-side to Van Winkle's cover of "Play That Funky Music", but the single was not initially successful. When a disc jockey played "Ice Ice Baby" instead, it began to gain success. "Ice Ice Baby" was the first hip hop single to top the Billboard charts. Topping the Australian, Dutch, Irish, Italian and UK charts, the song helped diversify hip hop by introducing it to a mainstream audience.

Vanilla Ice - Play That Funky Music

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNJ8_Dh3Onk

"Play That Funky Music" is a funk song written by Robert Parissi and recorded by the band Wild Cherry. The performers on the classic recording included the members of the band at the time: lead singer Parissi, guitarist Bryan Bassett, bassist Allen Wentz, and drummer Ron Beitle, with session horn players Chuck Berginc, Jack Brndiar, Joe Eckert, and Rick Singer hired to play the horn riff that runs throughout the track's verses. The single hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 on September 18, 1976 and was also number one on the Hot Soul Singles chart.[1] The single was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America for shipments of over two million records. The song was also the basis of a top five U.S. hit for Vanilla Ice in 1990.

Vanilla Ice - roll em up

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4i30kpGeIeM

Vanilla Ice's cannabis-oriented lyrics were questioned by some, including Primus bassist Les Claypool, who stated in an interview for High Times, "He's got dreadlocks and he's got this song about smoking pot and basically he uses every little catch phrase he can think of that has to do with pot in his rap. That's all fine and dandy and cute, but it could be misconstrued and manipulated by the wrong people."[4] The album was named the "Least Essential Album Showcasing An Image Makeover" in The A.V. Club's list of the "Least Essential Albums of the '90s," cited as "an album that inspired almost no one to roll up the hootie mack, as instructed in its first single."[5]

    Jim carey does Vanilla Ice

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0A7tLVIsuNw

After audiences began to view Van Winkle as a novelty act and a pop star rather than a legitimate rapper, his popularity began to decline.[26] Eminem states that when he first heard "Ice Ice Baby", "I felt like I didn't want to rap anymore. I was so mad, because he was making it real hard for me."[27] Van Winkle lost some credibility among hip hop fans, but later began to regain some success, attracting a new audience outside of the mainstream audience that had formerly accepted him, and then rejected him.[26] "Ice Ice Baby" continues to be the song that Van Winkle is best known for internationally, although Van Winkle states that his American fans like his newer music better.[28]

In 1991 Jim Carrey, in a sketch for In Living Color, parodied "Ice Ice Baby" with a song titled "White White Baby"

    Vanilla Ice - Satisfaction

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1CMhmH---pI

Robert Matthew Van Winkle was born on October 31, 1967 in Dallas, Texas.[1] Van Winkle never knew his real father, and was given the name of the man his mother was married to at the time of his birth.[2] Because of his parents' divorce, he grew up moving between Dallas, where he lived with his mother and stepfather, and Miami with his father.[3] Van Winkle's stepfather was a car salesman.[2] Between the ages of 13 and 14, Van Winkle practiced breakdancing, which led to his African American friends calling him "Vanilla Ice."[4][5] Although he disliked the nickname, it stuck, and he began to rap as Vanilla Ice.[4] Van Winkle wrote "Ice Ice Baby" at the age of 16, basing its lyrics upon his experiences in South Florida.[6] The lyrics describe a drive-by shooting and praise Van Winkle's rhyming skills.[7]

    whats with the stalking?

Plus your boy GBP is bumping old threads of mine from way back (icing kicker, 2012)....

dudabides turns blind eye to exact same behavior... but dl36... Whats your problem?

this is recent and GBP and others have posted on this thread in the last 24 hours....

So based on reality, your claims of old thread bumping are 100% false... face it "certified stalker boy", you are wrong on this one...

So your thread about mods or your vigil to get me banned falls on deaf ears...
