how has lou/freedom's opinion of hte beted guys changed/evolved over this whole fiasco? an outline please.... I mean obviously you thought they were decent people and businessmen before this all went down... then what? and now?

What the fuck guys? You have a good majority of your readers who have money tied up in Beted. And you get everyone excited about a bailout and now have ZERO new information.
How much more unreliable can you people get? How would anyone trust or advertise with you after this dispicable and unprofessional way of handling this situation.
You should be be providing your readers and YOUR customers with updates every 6 hours as far as i'm concerned.
If you can't do anything to help then you shouldn't have said a fucking work to begin with.

Sorry doesnt cut what is going on! Why as a customer is this happening! We are allowing these guys to fuk with us. Instead of waiting why don't we do something and stop waiting on Lou or freedom. Fuk this no contact from beted this is downright pathetic. Even if I got my money back covers has lost me permanetly

Hey guys, been watching this mess unfold for the past few weeks and I can honestly say the updates on covers are not even "up to date" as they are usually a few hours or up to a day behind the guys across the street.
Not exactly sure what kind of "source" or "contact" Lou has if he has been OUT OF CONTACT with him for a day. Also, I think its pretty safe to say that negotiations probably ended a few days ago and another update will be posted by Lou that says absolutely nothing.

Those bastards are too smart not to have hid a certain amount of good -bye $$$......These bastards offered 100% match bonuses just days before they were shut down raking in thousands....The US DOJ already has a good portion of their money and thats all anyone will get. I really do like Covers web site but I just wish they would admit that they know BetED was not looking out for their customers rather screw them because they were getting screwed...Covers could win back there credibility faster if they stopped defending BetED They never gave out that kind of promo until right before they were hit...If they would not have screwed their customers than I would just say they were victims like the rest of us.

Actually according to every other forum, it is covers who is to blame for a deal not getting done thus far. Supposedly there have been a couple of A books (betonline included) that had good deals in place that never got finished.
I understand that each forum usually blames each other for just about everything but in this case its not like sbr is blaming therx and therx is blaming covers, and calvinayre.com blaming sbr, etc, etc,etc. Each forum is solely blaming covers which really makes me wonder if covers did f-k this thing up for all of us. It so far past ridiculous right now

Im quite familiar with the situation but I think blaming this entirely on covers would be foolish. I dont really think thats what you were implying but I understand what you mean.
I think the biggest point to make is that Covers has been implying that they are helping the situation while its has not exactly become apparent what they have done. If you read the Beted updates thread by Lou all 4 updates contain pretty much zero info.
I believe this is all going to come down to Beted demanding money up front and manipulating the books to make the debt liability appear as less than what it really is. Write this down, there will be no bailout and Covers will claim that they are working on a new deal, most likely later on today or later this weekend.

Im not saying we should or could take any action. Unfortunately, all of us are at the mercy of the parties involved in the negotiating and whoever is in charge at Beted. It would be impossible to take any action without having any access to the database or any of our account info.
All im saying is that it is quite obvious that negotiations might have been in place but have been over for a while. Im just waiting for the next update to state the obvious, that the current bailout has failed, covers will be working on a new one in the upcoming days.

Up & Down! Feel like I am on a roller coaster. I hope they are just making sure everything is right before the decision is made. BetEd needs to get off there sorry asses and do whats right! Give the players that once trusted you, a chance to get their money back. It's gonna be hard living life always looking behind your shoulder. Karma is a bitch and it's coming. No hard feelings towards Covers on my end, at least they are trying to help. Hoping for the best!
