5Dimes ACH

just got off chat with them..and this was portion of the chat. (edited the names)

REP: the payout was sent on 10/19/11 today is the fifth business day, please check back by 5pm EST to see if by then you receive the money
ME: Ive been reading some stuff on the forum from members who are experiencing issues with their ACH withdrawals also
ME: some of them are past the 5 business days mark and still havent received anything
REP: yes there was a delay with the processor but we are still on the time frame
REP: please check back by 5pm EST if not contact us back
ME: ok thank you.

I am going back to Intertops.eu.  THey post late overs in college, and don't offer buying points down, but they pay fast. 2 days UPS check in hand.  Did 2 payouts last month.  I wish I stayed.

I called my bank at 4:00 est. Got the ACH dept. I asked them if any ACH deposits will be hitting tonight.....OF course NOt.  I know 100% that I am not getting mine tomorrow.  If you call your ACH DEPT at your bank, they can tell in their system if something is hitting your account, but call after 3pm.  I used to do this to get exact amounts on my paychecks from work if I didn't know a day before.  If there is nothing coming in, then you are beat.  Hopefully someone here gets good info if you call before 5PM.  GOOD LUCK! Hopefully we get our money soon!

Jay. Banks don't issue ACH in the middle of the day, only wires come in like this.  ACHs are ALL deposited after hours into early morning just like a check that clears, same concept.   If this was processed on 10-19, someone here would have gotten money by today.  They didn't send anything out until this Monday is my thought.  Which I am ok with, just tell us the truth!!!!!  THey are stalling.. THere were more withdrawls than deposits and they are buying time.  I think we will see it in our accounts Friday, but all we have to do is call our ach depts after 3pm tomorrow and someone will get confirmation.

yea something is definitely not right.  I dont get why I have to wait until 5pm.  Im sure I wont get it today.  Im just hoping I get it sometimes by Friday.

Anthony, throw me some tennis overs you like. I never bet tennis.  I make my money on overs in college FB.  I usually pick 4 a weekend and been on fire of late.  Got greedy this past weekend and went for a 5 gamer, hit 4-5.

 

Oh, and intertops takes credit/atm cards too no problems and right online in 20 secs.   Not sure about tennies overs. 

contacted again and the rep said the batch they sent out the 19th was delayed, and mines was one of them.  I dont mind it as much but, Ive only withdrew money from them once prior to this and it was through ACH also.  And that time, same thing happened, batch got delayed, but I did end up getting the money.

I guess, I'll try a different method next time.  Maybe MG.

i know they said the ones on the 17th were delayed to the 19th but now they are saying there was another delay?

ahh didnt know else I would have brought that up to the rep.  Sounds like they're just saying anything just to buy time -for whatever reason.

Just read someone on sbr got their ach today!  We are in business boys!  I think we are good for Friday, and some of you for tomorrow!  Go over 5.5 Flyers!

As expected, my money didn't come. WIll call the ACH dept at 3pm.  I am starting to think I won't get my money for a while. I thought I may get it Friday, but I am clearly being lied to day in and day out.

The more I think about this......I don't think we are getting the money.  Like I mentioned before, they did this EXACT game with me last year.  Made me wait the full 10 days, then put the money back in my 5dimes account after that and sent me an email. I did a western union that next day to get some of it, then ended up losing the rest and fell right into their trap.  That is what I think is going on here.  I hope I am wrong, but this book has done this to 2 of my friends before too in the past.  

 

Bottom line, we are being lied to on a daily basis.  I am going to get my 4th dose of lies later when I call.  I am sure they will tell me Monday now. 

 

So how long did it take you the first time..Go look in your transactions in your 5dimes account.  Thx.

have not got my ACH yet

The guy at sbr that said he got his ach admitted to lying. So as of now, no one has confirmed receipt of funds.  

Can I ask a dumb question? I have used 5dimes for numerous wire transfers and have never had any issues. My funds are generally deposited within a day or two. Are you guys using ACH to avoid 'alerting' your bank or because it is cheaper? Just wondering out loud:)

radar-because it is easier and I have had 2 wire not go through.  ONe with 5dimes, and one with my other book.

I have never used ach, but wire is as easy as it gets. Enter a few items and routing information and sit back and wait a day or two for it to hit bank account!  I have never had issues with 5dimes(knock on wood:)

Just got off with CS.  The previous days sent  were all blocked(1th, 19th, and 20th).  They resent all ACH's on 10/24.  We should get paid between Friday-Monday now.  We won't know if this batch was successful until someone here confirms.  I can tell you this.  I have gotten my ACHs on the 3rd day like clockwork so I am not confident of getting anything anytime soon.  The circus rolls on.   

so 5CRIMES says if you don't receive until monday then contact them then they will put the funds back in the account. asked them if they would charge me $50 to do a western union for $2500 and they said no it would be $110 even after making me wait 2 weeks for an ACH that never came they should waive the fee completely.

I called this.  I knew they would just push it back 10 days, then put it back into our accounts.  LOL   Oh well, live and learn.

Used this about 4-5 times. Same result each time. Always withdraw on Monday morning and it appears in bank account by Friday morning. ALways been solid.

 

it probably just happens once awhile.  but this is the 2nd time it has happened to me out of 2 tries.  I'll probably try MG next time.

Did you guys get an email too from 5dimes regarding the payout. Just like what CS told tiamatrix, they said payouts were sent out on the 24th because of processor issues and that is confirmed now that funds were in fact sent out on the 24th. We should be getting it no later than Monday. They said " Please accept our deepest apologies for this delay on your payout." Well, let's cross our fingers, at least they decided to communicate with us which is a good sign.

yeah i got the email and when i log into my account i got this message
