5Dimes ACH

I finally got someone on the phone that made a little sense and wasn't rude.  SHe said they have problems with the 3rd party processors who send the money for them from time to time. And that it has taken up to 10 days before.  She even told me they had a batch of checks returned before and the problem was resolved and everyone was paid.  She said she is getting in touch with accounting after 12 and said she would send me an email.  I felt better after I got off that I will be paid, it just may take another week.  She said sometimes it does take 7-10 days.  I am ok with that if I know 100% I am getting paid, but the bank statement thing is a joke.  I hope it doesn't come down to that.  They can find out where we are in the process in a heartbeat. Being that there are a few of us here in the same boat, I think they are really having issues with their Canadian 3rd party.  I will post what they tell me.  Hopefully, it's good news.  Worse case scenerio, we all get refunded and do a couple WU's and MGs. 

i still have yet to receive my ACH from last monday it is a joke and the limit of 2300

I am being informed that there was a slight delay with our processing agency and the ACH payouts were processed on October 19th
AL: We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. You can expect your payout to be arriving within the next 2 days

You guys will get paid, it just might take a while. You have to be patient with the current offshore climate and problems they are having with payment processors.

im not doubting that they will pay us.  Just wanted to hear others' experiences.  As I said earlier, the first time I got paid thru ACH, they had some kind of problems with their batch of checks or something like that.  But I did get paid.  Hoping they fix whatever problems they might have at the moment.

They told me today that I should have it in my checking account tomorrow.  We shall see.

if you dont like it dont use ach. there is other methods... ach is the worst method of sending and recieving go to ur bank and take out the money in cash you lazy sack and use mg or wu. your not depositing a check from burger king its from a 3rd world country and using a payment processor that has to disguise your funds as something legitmate.

douche19... ouch burned... your clever. cry me a river you whiny bitch. ach from 5 dimes is not ach from betjam or w/e other book you used. they each use different payout processors probably so the turnaround as which they cut you a check is different. just because it doesnt come when you say doesnt mean its not coming. you must of burned a local book too because im from that area and if you cant find a local book in ny or in that area you got problems.

I'm pretty sure I'll get it, but waiting this long is not cool. Also, I've never used a local before.

Anyway, I find it comical that you seem to take great interest in our 5dimes payout dilemma by talking shit. What happened? Did your mom start charging you for sleeping in the basement and now you don't have your own money to think about?

seriously, if you don't like what's being discussed, just move on.  Some of us are just telling our experiences with 5Dime's ACH... we're not really bashing the book itself.

If it's always this slow, I wouldnt mind using MG or WU. 

 

 

5dimes lied once again. Did not get it in my account this morning. All ach deposits are done for the day for my bank. Funny thing is, they knew this. They told me If I don't get it today, to call Thursday.  Why would I need to call? If the processor sends my money from Canada before 5PM est, it will be in my bank next day. That's how ACH works. They know this, and knew I wasn't getting it and blatenly lied to me. ACH deposits don't hit my bank during reg business hours.  Such BS 5dimes is. And yes, Im whining. I have reason to be.  All these complaints with 5dimes, bounced checks, and now they are out right lying.  Not a good sign for their future. They won't stay AAA rated for long.

Did anyone get their ACH yet from last week???????I was told mine would be in today, but I didn't get it.  And I won't get it today because my bank does all deposits in early morning hours.

5imes is a joke i am done with them

I just got off phone with cs.  I was told all 10/17 withdrawls via ACH must be recieved by this Friday per MGMT.  We could see it by Tomorrow, but he guaranteed by Friday 100%.  I told him we have been told "Tomorrow" , 2 days, etc since last Friday.  I said I don't mind getting it next week, but just let me know and be up front so I don't get worried.  He stuck to his guns -Friday or sooner.  We were told Thursday or sooner, and Tuesday or Sooner.  Hopefully 3 times is a charm.   I asked to cancel my withdrawl and put it all on over.  Denied..LOL 

Thanks for the updates, really eases my mind  And yeah I agree with you, what sucks more than not getting paid yet, is the runaround about when we will get our money.

I think I might go back to Heritage, but the only thing that sucks is the Tennis lines.

have not used them what is so bad about their lines? how are their payouts?

When BetJamaica left the US market, they transferred everyone's funds to Heritage which used to be a private sportsbook, not sure if they still are. But CS is great, payouts are fast. The only thing for me that sucks is the Tennis lines which was my reason for going to 5dimes. They don't have over/under or spreads like 5dimes. And they only post a few matches. I made some money on the Osaka and Bejiing tournaments at 5dimes and decided to cash out and still waiting.

yeah i had an account with the greek. that is to bad over/unders are my bread and butter but fast payouts are most important might have to consider them.

Yeah I tailed you sometimes with your over/unders, you're really good at those.

I use 5dimes haven't had any problem with it.  No withdrawal issues, but haven't with drawn this year yet.  But am looking to withdraw a nice chunk soon.  I am doing some research on sportsbook reviews to see if any mass problems are happening with them.  Or if this is just a few incidents.  I'm actually gonna open up another account with the greek as I was with them before.
