The chest will look good if you have a strong back............

Really don't need to work the chest too much.

Legs are where it is at by way..............

    Summary:

    1) Pump metabolism 3 times a day

    2)  Eat like a rock star

    3)  Start thinking about building strength.

If don't want to build strength, then okay but if you wnat to lose weight, then you still have to pump metabolism.

I would incorporate SOMETHING weight wise into a weight loss program tho.

Can be body weight pushups and pullups but you need to do SOMETHING in there at least.

10 might be agressive but at least go for 7...........

If you can do 4... you can certainly do 7

    Can you make that happen?

Boberts, i dont think the time of day matters much at all. If you are hungry, then eat.

Welcome to the no/low carb crew!

If you are restricting carbs altogether, you should lose about 8lbs in the first couple days, as your body purges unnecessary water while you enter ketosis

I only eat two meals a day with this "diet". Bacon and eggs for breakfast, and animal meat/fat with some greens for supper, and im usually eating at 8am and 8pm. Not that i plan it like that, just the way it is. If you are not hungry, do not eat.n intermittent fasting is great.

Ive been making this awesome snack called caveman crunch recently, it is amazing and very healthy snack (or can use as a granola like cereal in the morning if you love cereal. Recipe on the internet calls for baking it, but i leave it raw and refrigerate, much healthier and tastier!

    lol

my goal is not to look like a runner, yah i want to gain some muscle as well, in my line i see allot of gym rats that can't pull a dummy or raise a ladder faster than the next.... i like free weights, balance weight, anything that you have to stabilize as you lift

legs are so important in this line, taking care of your back as well

we put 70lbs on and do 4min of stair master when we test.... after that we got 8 events, not being to dead after the SM is key, it is a love/hate thing but its vital

i didn't want to go running at 236 on these joints but im getting closer, my goal was to start running at about 211. to many times in my life i have killed it like a boss with working out and then eat like a idoit, i gotta get the diet right first.

when do i start eating carbs? ever? what about my heart? what about the good stuff we get from fruits?

Boberts, Sharpaction is an excellent resource on these matters, clubdirt as well. Read the threads clubdirt started title sharpaction

If you are in keto long enough, you wont want much any carbs. You will feel absolutely terrible after eating them. They spike your insullin, then the crash is such a shitty feeling. I think i started eating like this around aug 1, and first time i splurged was late august. I actually laid down and passed out for a bit, woke up feeling shitty as hell an hour later. A couple weekends ago i went carb/sugar crazy, and it led to the worst monday ever, so while i still crave ice cream once in awhile, or soda and pizza, i cant enjoy them like i used to. Now ill make a smoothy at night (strawbrrs, rasp, bluebrrs, and coconut milk, i leave it thick so its like a sorbet. I found a root beer made with stevia, 13g of carb per can

I was damn near 300lbs on jan 1, i didnt know what i was doing, but day after super bowl i cut out soda and juice and went all water.(accidentally cutting more then half my carbs) Then started hiking, was doing about 5 miles every other day. Dropped down to between 235-240 by end of may. When i went no carb (ketosis), i dropped down to where im stuck now, about 220. The last 15ish lbs were much more noticeable then the first 50, if you can believe that. Keto reshapes your body and you purge all that excess water weight bloat. Eating like this gives you much more energy as well, ive put on some muscle as well in short time with virtually no working out.

Ive been working on getting my knees and back to full health, so i can do some more agressive excersize, heading to south beach in two months so need the xmas time beach

I hate running, if you like it, good for you. From what ive read, its much healthier to do the short spring/walk/sprint deals. Not sure if i posted them yet, but have found two recipes that blow the fucking doors off of carby food, if you wanna try some different eats and still avoid carbs(handshake)

Either that or you can go for a run with Helmut
