It was hilarious. Everything was based on second grade math.....$ per acre x # of acres = price
But they got lost because the Seller had an "option" and not a deed on an adjacent and separate parcel which was to be assigned. They knew about the option because there were 300 pages describing that but they forgot the math part. It was bizarre.
Nobody ever said a word. I think they were too embarassed to bring it up later.
