its tough because i have him locked in my 4yr Contract so next year im searchin to fill SS when Hanley/Tulo/Rollins are all gone and if i dont get a decent pick then im stuck with guys like Bloomey and Tejada..      its possible but you probably dont wanna part with what it would take to land him..

Am I wrong, or is my team very deep? I mean...who is the worst player on my team and are they really "droppable"? I wanted to pick up Chris Young, but because of his injury history, who was worth dropping to pick up that risk?

Took me about 5 minutes of looking at my roster to decide if i wanted to make the move or not. Moreland is a Monday Thursday player for me so why the hell not. If i did not have him on my team my only other choice would have been Liriano and i would like to hope he is going to turn it around. If you wanted him bad enough Crisp, Gomes, Wallace, Pinero could have been dropped.

saw your proposal.. its a good offer but i need to think about more cause my pitching stats havent been that bad and now i have Greinke coming back Wed.    i would rather give up a SP and add depth on Offense at any position i think..    Weaver is awesome though.   whats his illness ?

Crisp doesn't deserve to be on that list. He's been on a ROLL and if he stays healthy...40+ steals this season easy.

Wallace has done nothing but hit. He has a ton of "potential" and, as long as he's doing what he's doing, you have to ride him.

Gomes has been struggling BAD but we know what he can do when he's hitting. He was worth holding on to last year and, for a power hitter, he steals a relatively good number of bases too.

Pineiro only had 1 start but he was stellar in it. He's good for an under 4 ERA and the reward you can get from him, imo, is better than the risk that is Chris Young.

 

And that's my problem. If I have to find a guy to drop to make a snap judgement on someone on the market...I can't do it.

stomach virus. He's starting tomorrow in Boston so it's not a big deal. If only he had started today. I probably would have beaten ManRam in ERA and WHIP and a possible tie with wins.

My team is very serviceable but I can't make a trade without giving up Cargo or Weaver because the serviceable players aren't "stars".
