Just saw NV has UNLV at home next game, an interstate rivalry they are probably more worried about. First conference game for them, they may just get hammered by Missou tonight and begin their season next week.

Ive noticed the last 2 yrs friday nite lights seem to have high scoring affairs i think because of the 1 less day that a defense can prepare and practice the over seems obvious

Nevada should be careful defending Blaine Gabbart....At 6-5, 235lbs he out ran Jacory Harris (Cane QB) in the 40 yard dash timing 4.51 at a camp this summer......

Gabbert 10 TD, no interceptions
nev QB - 1 td/4int.  Could be receivers, could be too much game film, who knows, but I would hate to lose a bet because the qb gives the opponent the ball too many times.

A bit concerned with my total play here after an UN turned up last night and with the NEV D on the field. I think this 1 is going to be one-sided  maybe somewhere around  41 -16  I'm hoping anyway. Show me 2 Ws -- TIGERS -7 & UNDER 61

If anyone is looking ahead it's Mizz, not Nevada - they've got Nebraska, Okie State, and Texas coming up - hello?!?!

Nevada had the worst pass defense in the country last year, and it hasn’t been much better this year allowing 522 yards and seven touchdowns in the first two games. Making matters worse is a defense that’s not forcing turnovers, failing to come up with a takeaway over the first two games while the offense has given away four fumbles and four interceptions leading the way to the nation’s worst turnover margin. Missouri should be able to fire away for 300 yards and several big home runs, and Nevada likely won’t be able to keep up.

THE TWO GLARING DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THESE TEAMS TELL THE STORY.  NEVADA HAS SCORED 20 POINTS IN TWO GAMES AND THEIR QUARTERBACK HAS THROWN 4 INTS IN THEM.  INCONSISTENT QB PLAY COUPLED WITH NEVER SHOWING UP ON DEFENSE MAKES IT TOUGH TO WHEN AT ANY LEVEL OF FOOTBALL.  THEY CAN PLAY THIS GAME WHEREVER NEVADA WANTS AND THEY STILL WILL TURN IT OVER AND NOT PLAY DEFENSE.
 
LINE MOVEMENT, HOMEFIELD ADVANTAGE, REVENGE GAME AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN COME UP WITH WILL NOT CHANGE THE PLAY ON THE FIELD.
 
MISSOURI -7.5.  DONT WORRY ABOUT THE HOOK, THIS ONE IS AT LEAST BY 10.

How do they promote your loss?.........the line
 
91% SPREAD $$ ON Missouri.....r we all smarter than Vegas?
Would Vegas not move this line significantly to bring in Nev. $$$ if they wanted  them?
 
I'm confounded. Nothing about this game makes me think Nev. has a shot to cover except the fact that this line has actually dropped from 8 (on monday) to 7 despite the fact that 91% of $$ r on Mizzou.  U have to ask: why does Vegas want me betting Mizzou?.

ok first and foremost the people who set these lines ARE geniuses and they do strategically set these lines...BUT you guys give them way too much credit...VEGAS line setters cannot tell the future!!  so far from last week and including the Ole miss game i am 14 - 3 ...

im on nevada and under i think.... only bc u guys are ALL OVER MIZZ... learn from what my boys did last night... missouri seems to easy of a pick for me to bet them... and they arent that tight... illinois gave them that game and gave them the blowout...

Well that prolific offense has scored a whole 20 points thus far this year.

This line seriously confuses me. It just seems to easy. I'm thinking I might have to just sit this one out but I'm so tempted to take Mizzou -7.5.
