Oops, not a conference game WAC vs. MTN WEST. I know, just wasn't thinking.I'm not saying they will lay down just that starting off 0-2 and playing a team that hammered them last year might effect their confidence tonight. This is a bitch........why doesn't Vegas move the line if 91% of the dough is on Mizzou.  Why arn't they interested in getting Nev. money???Otherwise I agree completely that Mizzou cleans Nev. clock.

I don't think it's a matter of giving them credit so much as believing that they are not going to take a lopsided risk....unless they want the public loaded for careless weekend investments.

Would Vegas not move this line significantly to bring in Nev. $$$ if they wanted  them?
 
I'm confounded. Nothing about this game makes me think Nev. has a shot to cover except the fact that this line has actually dropped from 8 (on monday) to 7 despite the fact that 91% of $$ r on Mizzou.  U have to ask: why does Vegas want me betting Mizzou?.

the problem is that we all know how good mizzou. is, was and can be. and can't say the same about nev.  the line is correct, and would be 10 or more if n mizzou. you can base your bet on vegas if you want, but, I just can not put money on Nev. taking Mizzou. in a complete blowout over nev.

Think about this.. Vegas likes to use reverse psychology, what if Vegas knows you were going to ask that question as would many others so then how would you decide?

How about play Nevada +4.5 first half and see how they do, if they stink it up  then play Mizz for the 2nd half and recoup the loss that way.

Well Nevada started the season with 2 road games...1st home game tonight for them and I feel Nevada shows up for this one at home...Nevada knows their weakness is their defense and will need Colin to step his game up in order to keep up with Mizzou. Mizzou is soft on defense as well but I know their offense will be able to put up scores on this Nevada defense to help the total..

I think both teams struggle scoring points tonight... Missouri is not very good this year, and Nevada hasn't got things going yet.. I think they'll be better at home.. I'm looking for a 31-24 or 31-27 type game.. Small Play Nevada +7 Small Play Under 61.5 Really Small Play ML Nevada

btw... this is basically the same scenario as boise at fresno. boise was only a 7 pt favorite. most of the morons like u were talking about outsmarting vegas by taking fresno. didn't work out to well did it.

It might be but it's definitely what they are doing, now throw this into the mix; What if they know people would question why the line is at 7.5 for the Tigers thinking they were using reverse psychology when they really weren't just to try and get you to bet on nevada knowing that's what they wanted you to think so you would then bet Tigers -7.5?

Got Mizzou in a parlay with under S. Carolina and ML's on OSU, Kansas, BYU, etc.  Think Mizzou should cover but the Vegas line is fucking with my head.

Nevada is a good home team. Not sold on Mizzou yet.  Wolfpack desperate for a win to keep the possibility of a bowl alive. Rolling with Nevada ml/ovr 61 parlay.
