I know Troy sucks but could you talk about what you think will happen?
I think Appy.St dominates, I'm just worried Troy will score just enough for the back door? I can't see Appy.st doing nothing but demolish Troy but can they shut them down completely?

Boom - like the analysis and info. Very impressed with Clemson at this time - if Dabo truly did that last week - more power to him - need to see more of that - then it is likely he has his players attention this week as well - NC State is a dangerous team for Clemson this week as they are no slouch. College football cant be viewed that way. So much changes in a week. Scenario, expectations, venues, emotion, injuries, momentum, lookaheads, letdowns....Capping college football comes down to "gambling intangibles". Anybody can look up stats and rankings....it takes a keen eye to avoid all that crap and what ESPN throws at you and look at the game 360 degrees.....obviously every favorite is supposed to win....simply doesnt work out that way.....theres a reason

Boom_Boom: I looked, every stat goes against TTU. Last 6 meetings Ok-St won by an average of 25 points. Each offense vs defense match up leans OSU. Even if it's close, we're only getting 3 points.
Also, OSU is unbeaten and looking at one common opponent (KU), OSU should continue its dominance over TTU. Yet Vegas puts up a line of -3. Ranked vs unranked.
May I ask what's your analysis is on this game to back TTU? I see more like a 48-35 type game for OSU. But then again you're the one with the record and I'm the one who can't win :-/

You didn't ask me, and might not care, but I would certainly not consider the "last 6 years" results in capping this game.
Okie State hasn't been too impressive this year. Squeaked by a Texas team that was still in disarray at the time, had to rally to beat a pretty average KSU team, and needed OT to beat a pretty average WVU team. They also have TCU on deck. Tech is definitely a hit or miss kind of team, but they have definitely played a tougher schedule thus far (vs. Arky, TCU, Baylor, OU, 1-3 in those games). OKST pass D looks good on paper, but most teams they've played I wouldn't consider to be strong passing teams. Tech will obviously put those numbers to the test.
I hear you though, looking at it on paper, OSU seems to be a solid play. I've been struggling too, so perhaps my opinion is not only unwanted, but worthless as well. I just think there are definitely angles to take that could put TT in a position to get a win here.
Definitely would be interested in hearing other opinions on it.

UMASS IMO.... is just better.
Ball st really sucks IMO. UMASS should be able to move the ball easily on them and at the end of the day, Ball st is really bad right now.

good question...
app st IMO is the best " little " school in the country. They might go 11-1. Defensively they are solid on all 3 levels. Great QB and stable of running backs.
troy on the other hand is still a mess.... They cant stop App st in this game and wont score much either...
