Listen man don’t overthink it. Tulsa is only 6.5 points favored because Tulane is a good team.  They’ve been favorites in 6 out of their 9 games so far. Their future is bright especially with their freshman QB. These lines get you to over analyze, over guess things. If you think about it the line is actually to high. Tulsa should be 2.5-3 point favorites now 14 like you say. The 6.5 comes from them being ranked.
