In any game deemed a playoff game (according to my site, as the rules snd brackets have changed and been modified over the years) if the dog covers the dog is 15-3 SU as long as the line is not more than 13 

on a neutral site of course. 

 

D and game type = PO and ats margin > 0 and site = neutral and line<13
