2011-12 Ncaa Bowl Thread***** 43-22-1 YTD*****

Well it's been a great year(43-22-1) and I'm ready to get after the bowl games as I haven't touched one as of yet.




Nc State vs  Louisville

This is a very even game in my mind.  NCstate has the better Qb but Louisville has the better defense.  I think Louisville runs and runs and runs it some more to keep the quick strike NCstate offense off the filed and slow the pace down.

NC state was a covering machine this year..........at home.  Louisville was 4-2 ATS on the road so we know they can keep it together away from home. The game is being played in NC but it's not a far trip for the Cardinal fans.  The weather is pretty nice but a little windy so again the favor to the running team.  Both teams have really lite up the scoreboard the last two weeks.

Because this is such a tight capped game I'm going to tease it.......

Started the bowl season off on the right foot yesterday with a winning teaser.

Today we have two pretty interesting match-ups with:

Toledo vs Air Force  and  Texas vs California

Toledo vs Air Force

Air Force is going to do what they do best and that is run the ball.  Unfortunately for them, Toledo defends the run pretty well.  Toledo is going to keep a balanced attack and unfortunately for Air Force, they can't stop the run very well.

Air Force has a solid senior quarterback but he can't do it all on his own.  Expect Toledo to walk up and down the field at will and Toledo to put 8 in the box every down and swarm Jefferson.

well that's an L as AF went for two and missed.  Good for AF for trying though, I like it.

Washington vs Baylor

A lot of hype around RGIII, rightfully so but I think this line is inflated and when you tease it, this is what it looks like............

Yep, I'm in for that.  86 is just ridiculous.  The Huskies will be trying to control the clock to keep it close.
