confused For the life of me I can't figure how the WolfPack are 3 pt underdogs to the Blue Devils.

I have them rated a solid M+ compared with Duke only in my M tier.  State should have a clear edge on paper here.  On a neutral field this edge would be around 5 or 6 pts....so when we figure HFA for Duke that trims it down some, sure, but NC State should still be tiny favs, and no worse than a pick.  Yes, I see the injury reports.  But all those players listed as OUT on State are 2nd and 3rd stringers - no starters out that I am aware who could possibly swing the line 3 or 4 pts the other way...... What if anything am I missing? confused

Well......good fortune (in a sense) for UTAH, trailing 3 - 10, and TECHs  fine starting QB is injured on a roughing call and OUT!

Unlucky break for TT;  perhaps a lucky break for UTES....we shall see...
