Please take Syracuse -9 right now(I'm 4-0 thus far on Villanova bets)

I've watched every single Villanova game this year and I'm sure lots of you have seen my threads that I've put up on Villanova games.  Vegas has overvalued Villanova all year and for some reason just continues to do so.

As I've repeated numerous times, Villanova flat out sucks.  They are horrible team is going to finish close to last in the Big East.  They are a team that couldn't be top 5 in the Ivy League conference this year. (No offense to the Ivy League)

They are not going to get within 9 points of Syracuse.  Yes, Villanova is at home, but they are so shitty this year that it doesn't seem to matter.  This is a team that got beat by USF on their own home floor and had to get lucky all throughout the game just to make that score as close as it was.  I think Syracuse easily wins this game by double digits.  They might even end up completely blowing Nova out on their own home floor.

The play is Syracuse -9 and my record goes to 5-0 on Villanova bets.

9 sounds nice, as I'm seeing it at 9.5 right now. I like Syracuse & the over.

I'm shocked at the number.  Quite frankly if it was at -13, I'd still take Cuse.

I'm not sure if I will end up playing this, but the analysis is 100% accurate. Villanova is beyond terrible and is all name recognition at this point. Here's the tell tale sign - near the beginning of the year (I lost early weeks due to data corruption), Villanova was 54 in KenPom with a SOS hovering at a disgusting 287. Their SOS is now down to 51 and they are now at rank 60 with their AdjO getting noticeably worse and their defense not even being top 110. They are terrible. 

Line is like that cause Syracuse will always get the best effort from their opponent no matter good or bad. Nova is terrible, agreed. But we've all seen stranger things happen. Lots of Philly kids on both teams. Gonna be an emotional game.

Stuckey is on Nova +9.5 so I'd say all the Cuse lovers are dead wrong on this game.

Start of conference play, road game, u know novas gonna be up for this game. Scary spot to take a big fav imho, i mean it's true that nova sucks, but if they were ever going to upset a team, this would be the spot. 

They are going to drop a game eventually and it will most likely be on the road, however this is not that time.  This is a verteran team that has played together for a few year now, going on the road in the Big East is nothing new for them.  Please "road test " game NC State.  Didnt turn out too well for NC State

I don't give a damn how "up" for this game Villanova is.  They can be at their absolute best and at their absolute highest emotional state, and they will still get run over by Syracuse because the team simply lacks that much talent.

Unless the Orange literally sleepwalk through this game, they are going to crush the Cats.

Don't overthink the line.  This is just another example of Vegas overestimating Villanova as they have done all year.  Nova was only +7 against Missouri and only +8 against West Virginia.  There are no tricks here.

Have to agree with you.I seen nova play when I was in LA over thanksgiving hoilday.They have one  guard that score and thats about it. I going to a take a small bet on the orange.GL

I'm on Cuse -9 as well.  Why has the line moved to -8.5?  I thought it would go the other way if anything.

How was the game against Monmouth. You see that one?

Was 9.5 last night.  Lifelong cuse fan here and no idea why this line would open so low much less go down with joe public on cuse. Be wary.

I would love to see Cuse lose but I dont think it is going to happen until they play some serious competition. Nova does suck. I am going with Temple+8  but will be watching the Cuse game.

Yeah I did.  Monmouth is a ridiculously bad team and yet Villanova still allowed them to score that many points, showing just how truly bad they are.

Absolute domination by Syracuse in the 1st half as I predicted and expected.

5-0 now on Villanova bets and all of them were easy.
