Yes, being selective and smart with one's plays is the way to go.

I've shifted away from action to selective plays and have not only preserved my BR, I've increased it.

And I've learned this lesson the hard way, like most, unfortunately.

Feel free to share your next pick when you are ready.

I'm wondering -- what do you get from ESPN that's useful for capping? Fade material?
