If you don't like how this guy does it then why don't you just completely avoid his space? No need to come around. I'm sure no one will miss your presence and I'm certain it won't hurt you to stay away. This will give you more time to hone your capping skills. And please, no moral outcry for the poor unassuming gamblers being exploited. If they lose their money they'll stop following him. So you see it's that simple. You're not needed here.
