The Traitors is back for another season of deception and truly shady behavior. And we are here for it.
The cast of season four is guaranteed to bring the drama. We’ve got reality TV villains, real housewives, actors, a top chef, Phoebe’s boyfriend(!) and even soon to be mother-in-law of Taylor Swift Donna Kelce.
We've seen plenty of movement on The Traitors prediction markets in week one, but which big names offer the best value right now?
Key Takeaways
- Season four has launched with three episodes available to view now
- We've already seen two murders and two banishments
- A secret traitor has been revealed... and quickly banished
The new season launched with a three episode drop on January 8, where no time was wasted as this year’s faithfuls began to sniff out the clues they needed to find their first traitor.
Already, we’ve seen two members of the cast murdered at the hands of the traitors, and two banished by their ruthless fellow celebrities.
It was over before it even began for the unlucky four. But it’s still all to play for for the remaining celebs, and up to $250,000 is there for the taking.
The Traitors prediction markets are moving swiftly as bettors put their money on the famous faces they think are up to the task.

'The Traitors' Season Four: Week Two Favorites
Natalie Anderson (faithful) | Chance 32% 71% | ▲ 39
One of the biggest movers since the start of season four is Natalie Anderson. Now coming in at 71¢, Anderson is a top pick to win season four. The Survivor winner has certainly shown she’s got the physical and mental strength to do well on a show like this. Her early strategising has won over viewers and buyers alike.
Rob Rausch (traitor) | Chance 30% 35% | ▲ 5
Best known for breaking hearts on Love Island USA, Rob Rausch is now back on our screens as a traitor. Rausch emerged as an early favorite to win the show as soon as it launched, and his price hasn’t fallen far since. That could be due to his proven capabilities when it comes to on-screen betrayals...
Colton Underwood (faithful) | Chance 45% 15% | ▼ 30
The price of Colton Underwood has dropped, but he remains the third most pricey pick available right now. The former Bachelor doesn’t have the gaming background that fellow contestants from shows like Big Brother and Survivor do, but this seems to be working in his favor so far. He also won a shield in Episode 3, boosting his chances even further.
Biggest movers so far:
Lisa Rinna (traitor) | Chance 53% 11% | ▼42
One of this year’s traitors might seem like an obvious choice, but that’s a perception that could help Rinna evade detection for as long as it takes. With acting skills honed from years on Days of Our Lives and Melrose Place, this Bravo housewife was top of the odds just days ago. But her price has now plummeted from 53¢ to 11¢.
Candiace Dillard Bassett (traitor) | Chance 45% 2% | ▼43
The price of a ‘yes’ for Candiace rose rapidly over the past few days, until she was one of the costliest picks. She's proven herself to be a strategic player, with two successful murders under her belt already. But fellow contestants may well be onto her already.
Ron Funches (faithful) | Chance 40% 7% | ▼33
Early movement on the prediction markets sent Ron Funches straight into third place. The faithful Funches has been employing a strategy we’ve seen work like a charm time and time again on The Traitors: flying under the radar. But will that be enough to win against this year's competitors? Buyers are dubious.
Predicting a Winner: What do the history books tell us?
Predicting the winner of a show like The Traitors is no mean feat. Action-packed episodes mean rapid movement in the odds, and personalities that seem completely safe one week can find themselves in mortal peril by the next.
However, if we were to give you a tip before you choose which ‘yes’ to go for this season, we’d say this: look at what happened in previous seasons.
We’re now in season four, which means there are three full seasons of deception and lies to look back over. And that means plenty of data to decode!
Here’s what you need to know about seasons one, two and three:
| Season | Winning Side | Winners | Player Background |
|---|---|---|---|
| S1 | Traitor | Cirie Fields | Survivor |
| S2 | Faithful | CT Tamburello & Trishelle Cannatella | The Challenge |
| S3 | Faithful | Dolores, Dylan, Gabby, & Ivar | Bravo/Lifestyle |
In the past three years, we’ve only see a traitor take the win once. The last two seasons have been won by the faithfuls, with the prize money shared amongst them.
Previously, contestants from “gamer” backgrounds (shows like Survivor and Big Brother, for example), have done particularly well on The Traitors. In fact, last year was the only year in which the finale wasn’t dominated by stars from these shows.
This year, we’ve got three Big Brother alumni on board (including past winner Ian Terry), as well as three Survivors (two of whom, Natalie Anderson and Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho, won the show). However, none of the contestants from this show have been chosen as Traitors (and that's the first time that's ever happened!)
We’ve also got two celebs famed for their Love Island appearances, including traitor and early favorite Rob Rausch. While neither he nor fellow Islander Maura Higgins is likely to employ the failsafe keep quiet and go unnoticed strategy, they both have what it takes to form the relationships they’ll need to escape banishment.
