The BC Lions seek revenge when they play host to the Montreal Alouettes on Saturday, Sept. 12.

With this game listed as a pick'em, my Alouettes vs. Lions predictions and CFL picks break down why last week's loss won't be indicative of the rematch, as I expect BC to even the score at home.

Kickoff is set for 10 p.m. ET from BC Place in Vancouver, with the game airing on TSN.

Who will win Alouettes vs Lions: Lions moneyline (-125)

Despite falling 37-30 to Montreal last week, the BC Lions outgained the Montreal Alouettes by more than 100 yards.

Ultimately, settling for five field goals and turning the ball over three times proved costly, but this Lions offence will bounce back against an Alouettes unit that is listing starting DBs Najee Murray and Wesley Sutton as questionable this time around.

Despite their recent shortcomings, the Leos continue to move the ball at an elite pace, averaging 7.49 yards per play in 2026. Their season-long red-zone TD rate is 71.4%, so expect positive regression on Saturday.

BC had won five straight before their Week 14 loss in La Belle Province, so I’m backing Nathan Rourke & Co. to bounce back on home turf.

Playable to -135.

Alouettes vs Lions total prediction: Over 63.5 (-108)

These teams have combined to cash the Over in 17 of their 24 regular-season games this season, and I'd bet this total to 64.5.

While the Alouettes may be shorthanded defensively, Davis Alexander and the Montreal offence are producing touchdowns on 30% of their drives this season, so they should have no problem keeping the ball moving on Saturday.

The Als are averaging a whopping 37.3 points per game over their last six contests, while BC has reached 30+ five times over that same span.

Covers COVERS INTEL: These two teams enter Week 15 leading the league in net offence, with Montreal averaging 430.4 yards per game and BC producing 427.6.

Alouettes vs Lions same-game parlay

Montreal hasn’t won in Vancouver since 2015, and the Leos rank second in the league in second-down conversion rate, trailing only Saskatchewan.

With home-field advantage on their side, expect BC to avenge last week’s loss and come out on top in a showcase of the league's two best scoring units.
