During our Smiles review process, we made a coin bundle purchase using Mastercard. While it was easy to do, the banking options leave something to be desired.

Purchasing Gold Coins at Smiles is simple, but it doesn’t go beyond the basics in terms of banking methods. You’re able to use Visa and Mastercard or a bank transfer.
E-wallets are also expected to be available, but the option was down when we checked in the 'Coin Store'. Purchases start from $1.99 and go up to $199.99, with every GC package coming with some free bonus SC. Smiles doesn’t charge any fees for buying GC.

Redemption options
You need to win at least 100 SC in gameplay in order to request a prize redemption at Smiles, which gets sent back to your bank account. Again, e-wallets are expected to be an option here, which will be a welcome addition, but live chat tells us they were temporarily down for us.
Our redemption experience was very smooth, although it took five days before the money came through. If you've ever used sites like Chumba or other sweeps casinos, you know that five days is a little longer than the standard.
Crypto or Skrill redemptions would likely be faster. It would also be nice to see gift card redemptions added, which aren’t currently available.

Smiles doesn’t have a downloadable app, but the casino is still optimized for mobile access. The basic organization has been retained for the mobile site, with a few new touches added for the smaller screen.
There is a scrollable menu at the top of the screen which serves as the main navigational point. We also liked how most of the menus hide when they aren’t in use, although the live chat button stays on screen, which takes up a lot of space.
Overall, Smiles looks and plays great on your phone.
Security and license
