The Washington Mystics are massive 18.5-point favorites as they return home to face the Connecticut Sun on Tuesday night.
It's hard to give up this many points, but with Connecticut showing no competitiveness down the stretch, I'm taking Washington to cover in my Sun vs. Mystics predictions.

The Connecticut Sun rank last in the WNBA in point differential (-9.7) and effective field goal percentage (46.7%), and commit more fouls per game (22.4) than any other team in the league. Connecticut has been the underdog by 14.5 points or more in each of its last five games, going 1-4 against the spread in that span.
The Washington Mystics are coming off a 5-1 road trip, most recently beating the Indiana Fever by 16. The Mystics are healthy and home and will have no trouble against the Sun tonight.
I'm backing the Mystics to cover at up to -19.5 points.
COVERS INTEL: The stingy Washington defense is holding opponents to 1.07 points per scoring attempt and will find regular success against a Sun offense that ranks last in that category (1.01 points per attempt).

The Mystics have also been playing to the Over even with their sturdy defense, hitting the Over in six of their last eight games overall. The total is low here, making the Over a good combo play.
I'm also taking Washington's Kiki Iriafen to score 15+ points tonight. Iriafen is averaging 15.5 ppg and has hit the 15+ mark in eight of her last nine games. She should feast in a game where the Mystics could easily go for 100+ points as a team.

Michaela Onyenwere doesn't shoot at volume from deep, but she's efficient when she does take threes. The forward is shooting 39.7% from beyond the arc this season and has hit 2+ shots from three-point range in six of her last eight games.
Onyenwere has the opportunity to add to that tally tonight, as the Sun are allowing opponents to shoot 35.4% from three-point range this year. There's a lot of value on this prop at its current probability, and I would buy Onyenwere to get 2+ threes tonight at up to 45%.
