The heavily favored Las Vegas Aces hit the road for a Sunday afternoon WNBA matchup with the Chicago Sky.

I’m expecting a track meet today, and my Aces vs. Sky predictions expect the United Center fans to be treated to a high-scoring affair.

Read on for my free WNBA picks for Sunday, June 28.

Aces vs Sky prediction

Aces vs Sky best bet: Over 178.5 Game Total (-110 at bet365)

The matchup between the Las Vegas Aces and Chicago Sky is perfectly set up for a high-scoring track meet at the United Center.

The Sky run and gun at a blistering 98.5 pace. The Aces have slowed things down some, but overall they are extremely comfortable in uptempo hoops (96.3).

That potential tempo increases field-goal attempts, and that volume, combined with two groups allowing over 86 points per game in their last five, is why I expect a track meet in Chi-Town.

Play the Over to 179.5.

Covers COVERS INTEL: The Aces' defense doesn’t travel well on the road. They’ve allowed 86 ppg across their last five, with a 105.6 Defensive NET rating in their past four road tilts.

Aces moneyline

Kamilla Cardoso Over 12.5 points

Kamilla Cardoso is coming off a career scoring night, and the books have not adjusted correctly.

Cardoso has smashed this scoring prop line in four straight games. The fast pace and Skylar Diggins dimes against an Aces defense that allows nearly 37 points in the paint make this a solid leg.

Back the Aces moneyline to beat the Sky outright. They are 8-2 on the road, and have won three of their previous five games. They are also 9-1 straight up in their previous 10 meetings against Chicago, and should win again today.

Aces vs Sky SGP

Aces vs Sky player prop pick

Skylar Diggins Over 5.5 assists (+100 at bet365)

Skylar Diggins getting plus money for an assist prop she’s cleared in four of her previous five games seems like a gift.

We’re getting a fast-paced game, and the Aces have allowed 19 dimes per game and 83.2 points per game across their previous five contests.
Diggins is Chicago’s engine.

The Sky have scored at least 100 points in two straight, and while they may not roll a bill on Vegas, the script looks good for Diggins to dish at least six dimes playable to -110.
