It's Week 3 in the UFL, and the picture isn't that clear yet.

We know Dallas is a powerhouse, joined by Orlando as the last undefeated teams standing.

A whole crush of teams are at 1-1, while Columbus and Louisville have yet to break into the win column.

This week, I'm backing a pair of 1-1 teams in the D.C. Defenders and Birmingham Stallions to get to over .500. Read below for my Week 3 UFL predictions and free betting picks.

United Football League predictions and odds for Week 3

All odds courtesy of bet365.

Orlando Storm vs Louisville Kings

Friday, 8:00 p.m. ET, FOX

Storm Kings
-3.5 (-110) Spread +3.5 (-110)
-170 Moneyline +145
Over 38.5 (-110) Total Under 38.5 (-110)

Is Orlando legit? They're 2-0, but they've beaten up on the only winless teams in the league. And they get Louisville again on a back-to-back.

The Kings are the lowest scoring team in the league. After getting dumped 19-9 by the Storm last week, they've put up a paltry 22 points through two games.

Orlando has allowed the fewest points through two weeks at 25.

Avert your eyes from the game to kick off Week 3, unless you like low-scoring affairs.

Pick: Under 38.5 (-110 at bet365)

Houston Gamblers vs DC Defenders

Saturday, 12:00 p.m. ET, ESPN

Gamblers Defenders
+6.5 (-110) Spread -6.5 (-110)
+230 Moneyline -280
Over 47 (-110) Total Under 47 (-110)

It's a matchup of two teams that dusted off 0-1 starts to get to even.

D.C. will play its first home game after crushing Columbus, with a bully-ball run game that churned out 229 yards and four scores, three from Deon Jackson.

Defensively, they continued to wreck shop, forcing four turnovers and piling up four sacks.

Houston will have to get it done without starting pivot Hunter Dekkers, but Nolan Henderson was stellar in relief to beat Birmingham.

The Gamblers failed to convert red zone trips to TD's though, going 1-for-7. I don't think they put up enough points to hang here.

Pick: Defenders -6.5 (-110 at bet365)

Columbus Aviators vs Dallas Renegades

Sunday, 12:00 p.m. ET, ABC

Aviators Renegades
+7.5 (-110) Spread -7.5 (-110)
+250 Moneyline -310
Over 46 (-110) Total Under 46 (-110)

Sometimes you need to dig deep to come up with the best bet. No need here.

Dallas is the offensive cream of the crop, putting up back-to-back 30+ point outings to race out to 2-0.

The Aviators' defense is leaking badly. They allowed 9.9 yards per pass attempt in a Week 1 loss to Orlando, then were gashed for 200+ rush yards against D.C.

They've allowed the most points in the league, and are now taking on the highest-scoring team.

Pick: Over 46 (-110 at bet365)

Birmingham Stallions vs St. Louis Battlehawks

Sunday, 3:00 p.m. ET, ABC

 Stallions Battlehawks
-2.5 (-110) Spread +2.5 (-110)
-150 Moneyline +125
Over 42 (-110) Total Under 42 (-110)

The Stallions were a late fourth-quarter, fourth-down stop away from going 2-0, but failed to convert, allowing Houston to come from behind and upend them 22-20.

It also didn't help that QB Matt Corral threw two costly interceptions that helped the Gamblers pull off the win.

After an impressive Week 1 win over the Defenders, the 'Hawks ran into the Renegades buzz saw and got smoked 31-15.

If St. Louis' defense can't hold up, I don't think their offense can bail them out as currently constructed. Their 31 points scored is second-fewest through two weeks.

Brandon Silvers also threw two interceptions, and in this matchup, I'm picking Corral to outplay him to win.

Pick: Stallions -2.5 (-110 at bet365)
